Barilla Tri-Color Rotini
Barilla Classic Blue Box Pasta Tri-Color Rotini
Details
From its humble beginnings in 1877 as a small shop and bakery in Parma, Italy, Barilla has grown and strived to become the internationally trusted brand of pastas and sauces. Tri-Color Rotini is made from the finest durum wheat and is non-GMO verified, peanut-free and suitable for a vegan or vegetarian diet.
A colorful version of classic Rotini, a corkscrew-shaped pasta that originated in Northern Italy. It's shape was inspired by watching children playing - always in motion just like the spirals of Rotini.
The twists of Tri-Color Rotini allow it to hold more sauce, and may be enjoyed in your favorite pasta salad dishes or paired with delicious tomato-based sauces.
Directions
1. Bring 4 - 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt to taste.
2. Add contents of package to boiling water. Stir gently.
3. Return to a boil. For authentic al dente pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat. Drain well.
5. Serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.
