It’s actually super delicious, fancy dish with yummy sweet and sour taste.

The Recipe:
Ingredinets;
500 g ground Lamb or Beef
1 tbsp allspice :7 spices blend (sabaa baharat)
1 tsp Cinnamon
Salt
500 g fresh sour cherries
1 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
Freshly squeezed lemon juice – to taste
(In case you are using sweet cherries, you should use more lemon juice)
1 handful chopped Parsley
½ cup Pine nuts for garnish
2 pita breads
Directions
1-Pit the cherries and place in a pot over medium heat with cinnamon, lemon juice and sugar. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and cook covered for 15 minutes, until cherries soften and the sauce thickens slightly, about 20 minutes.
2- Now in a large bowl, add Allspice, ground cinnamon, black pepper, salt to the ground lamb/beef and incorporate well.
3- Form the meat mixture into meatballs about an inch in diameter, arrange them in a pan over parchment paper, drziile some olive oil and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until well browned, we will not cook them all the way through.
4-Transfer the browned meatballs to the pot with the cherry sauce. Simmer an additional 15 minutes.
5-Meanwhile, lightly toast the pine nuts in a hot skillet.
6- Place sauced meatballs on the center of a large platter with pita bread points on the sides. Garnish with parsley, and toasted pine nuts and enjoy this heavenly meal.

I'm excited to share this Kofta Kebab, which is one of my all-time favorite things to grill. This is perfect for when you want to take a break from grilling burgers, but you also kinda want a burger, since this is basically a Mediterranean-style meatball on a stick. Enjoy!

a MOST delicious combo!! So easy and so so tasty, anyone can make this and everyone will love it. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp dry yeast
1/4 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic (grated)
For the top:
Fresh Herbs (chopped parsley and cilantro)
Butter
The Grilled Chicken
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add 1/2 cup warm water, yeast, and sugar and let it rise for 5-7 min.
In a large bowl, add the milk, yogurt, oil, foamed yeast, flour, garlic, baking powder and salt and stir. Knead the dough until smooth for 4-5 min. The dough should be a little bit sticky, don’t worry!
Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let it rest for 40-50 min.
Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Divide it into 8-10 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into an oval about 6-7 inches and about 1/4 inch thick. Add chopped herbs over the top and roll gently. Heat a pan over medium heat and place one or two ovals into the pan. Cook each side until lightly brown for around a minute, as in video. Brush both sides of the bread with butter. Remove it from the pan and place it in a keeper or on a plate. Cover with a kitchen towel to keep them warm.

1/4 çay kaşığı toz şeker
1/2 su bardağı yoğurt
1/2 su bardağı süt
3 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı
1 tatlı kaşığı kabartma tozu
2 1/4 su bardağı un
1/4 çay kaşığı tuz
2 diş sarımsak (rendelenmiş)
Üst için:
Taze Otlar (doğranmış maydanoz ve kişniş)
Tereyağı
Talimatlar
Orta boy bir kapta 1/2 su bardağı ılık su, maya ve şeker ekleyin ve 5-7 dakika yükselmeye bırakın.
Geniş bir kaseye sütü, yoğurdu, yağı, köpürtülmüş mayayı, unu, sarımsağı ve tuzu ekleyin ve karıştırın. Hamuru 4-5 dakika pürüzsüz olana kadar yoğurun. Hamur biraz yapışkan olmalı, merak etmeyin!
Hamuru temiz bir mutfak havlusu veya plastik örtü ile örtün ve 40-50 dakika dinlendirin.
Hamuru hafifçe unlanmış bir yüzeye koyun. 8-10 eşit parçaya bölün.
Her parçayı yemek yabağı büyüklüğünde oval seklinde açın. Üzerine doğranmış otları ekleyin ve hafifçe bastırın. Bir tavayı orta ateşte ısıtın ve tavaya bir veya iki oval yerleştirin. IG reelde olduğu gibi her iki tarafı hafifçe kızarana kadar yaklaşık bir dakika pişirin. Ekmeğin her iki tarafını da tereyağı sürün. Tavadan çıkarın ve bir tabağa koyun. Sıcak tutmak için bir mutfak havlusu ile örtün.

Here's what you'll need for the recipe guys:
500g mince beef
500g mince lamb
30g DA MALAT's Doner Kebab Seasoning
1 x medium egg, beaten
2 x Tbsp olive oil (to add to the beaten egg)
3 x slices of medium cut white bread, made into fine breadcrumbs using a food processor (the finer, the better)
Onion, tomato & red cabbage for the salad
A splash of apple cider vinegar
Extra olive oil for greasing
Chilli sauce or condiments of your choice :)
Pitta breads
