Crust:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/4 cup Natvia
2/3 cup vegan butter
3 tbsp cold water
Blueberry Filling:
2 cups blueberries
1 tsp mixed spice
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup Natvia
3/4 tsp lemon rind, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
70g melted butter

Join me as I walk you through step-by-step on how to make the perfect blueberry pie from scratch. This recipe uses frozen blueberries. You may also use fresh blueberries - simply replace the blueberry juice in the recipe with water. This recipe makes a blueberry pie that is not runny and not gummy!

Black and Blueberry Pie Cups- Oil-free, Wheat-free, RF Sugar-free
Make raw pie crust by combining the following ingredients in a food processor until they resemble a semi fine meal and set aside.
2 cups of pecans and walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
4 medjool dates
1 vanilla
Filling:
1 pint fresh blueberries
1 pint fresh blackberries
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Mix berries, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl. Add to a glass baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until blue and blackberries are soft.
Using a small set of dessert bowls or ramkins, begin to press a couple spoonfuls of crust mixture into the bottom of each bowl. Add filling and top with more of the nut mixture.

Pie Crust:
1 cup (120 g) almond flour
1 cup (90 g) ground oats (oat flour) gluten-free if needed
1/4 cup (80 g) agave syrup or maple syrup
1/3 cup (50 g) ground nuts or seeds of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Vegan Cheesecake Layer:
1/2 cup (75 g) cashews (soaked)
160 g silken tofu or regular tofu
1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut milk (canned)
3 tbsp (60 g) agave syrup or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
Blueberry Compote:
1 cup (150 g) fresh blueberries
3 tbsp (60 g) agave syrup or maple syrup

How to make a Blueberry pie - Easy healthy and sugar free recipe!
Ingredients:
1 small (90 g) banana
70 g oats
0.4 cup low fat milk
1 tbsp grated coconut
A pinch of vanilla powder
150 g blueberries, frozen
2 tbsp sweetener
2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions:
1. Warm the oven to 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mash the banana in a bowl. Add oats, milk, coconut and vanilla powder. Mix well.
3. In another bowl, mix blueberries, sweetener and cornstarch.
4. Pour the blueberries in oven proof dish(es). Add the rest of the ingredients on top.
5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
