How To make Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers
11 To 14 oz can pickled
-jalapeno peppers, whole and Drained 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese,
-softened 2 Eggs, boiled
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1 tb Finely chopped onion
4 tb Mayonnaise
Cut each jalapeno pepper in half lengthwise and remove veins and seeds. In a small bowl blend the cream cheese, eggs, and mayonnaise. Stir in the onion and garlic salt to taste. Stuff pepper halves with cheese mixture. Chill before serving.

Jalapeño poppers are jalapeno green chillies that have been hollowed out, stuffed with a mixture of cheese and spices, which are then breaded and deep fried.

Ingredients:-
100 gms processed cheese diced
200 gms mozzarella cheese diced
400 gms jalapeno peppers, slit and seeded
1 no red bell pepper chopped
1 tsp black pepper
A touch of salt
¾th cup milk
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup dry bread crumbs
oil for frying
Method:-
In a bowl mix, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, processed cheese, salt and crushed black pepper properly.
Stuff the jalapeno chillies with this mix.
In another, mix refined flour and milk and form a thick slurry.
Dust the chillies with refined flour and coat them with the slurry and then the bread crumbs.
Keep the coated chillies in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Once cold, fry the stuffed chillies in oil on high flame turning every 30 seconds until crisp and golden brown.
Serve these Jalapeno Poppers hot with some ketchup!

6 to 7 medium to large fresh jalapeño peppers
8 oz block (227 g) cream cheese
4 oz (113.5 g) white cheddar cheese
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup plain or seasoned bread crumbs
cooking oil for frying

Sausage & Cheese | Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers
This is one our game-day favorites! Jalapenos stuffed with cheese and sausage - and it's so easy to make. There's only (4) ingredients to this one: 1 Pound of Sausage, Jalapeno Peppers, a Package of Cream Cheese, and 1 Cup of Shredded Cheese. Brown up your sausage, drain, and cool. Mix it in with the two cheeses. Just your peppers in half and scrap out the guts & seeds. Fill the peppers with filling, and bake at 425 for about 20 minutes. Enjoy ♥
