????HOMEMADE BEEF STROGANOFF INGREDIENTS:
1 lb top sirloin steak
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb brown mushrooms, thickly sliced
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Green onion to garnish
8-12 oz Egg noodles, to serve

Easy Meatball Stroganoff| 30 Minute Meals| Restless Chipotle
This easy meatball stroganoff recipe takes just 30 minutes! It's the perfect weeknight meal for busy families like yours and mine! Hearty, creamy, and budget-friendly - you've gotta try it!

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup mushrooms sliced
3 green onions sliced - reserve the sliced tops for garnish.
1 pound meatballs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef stock
21 ounces cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces egg noodles
1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Melt the butter in the high-sided pan.
Add sliced mushrooms and green onion bottoms and saute until they begin to soften.
Add the meatballs, beef stock, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
While the meatballs simmer cook the egg noodles in salted water until done. Drain.
Add the cream of mushroom soup and a bit more beef stock if the pan seems too dry.
Stir to blend and add the noodles.
Simmer for 5 minutes or so.
Stir in the sour cream and heat through.
Garnish with sliced green onion tops and serve.

Swedish Meatballs and Egg Noodles Recipe.
Serves 4
1 pound ground beef
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
½ finely minced onion
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt (for meatballs)
1 teaspoon pepper (for meatballs)
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 cups beef broth
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt (for sauce)
1 teaspoon pepper (for sauce)
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cups egg noodles
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup chopped parsley
Make the Meat Balls:
In a good sized bowl, combine the ground beef or bison, seasoned breadcrumbs, minced onion, egg, salt, and pepper, mixing until evenly combined.
Heat the olive or canola oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Take about a golf-ball size of the meatball mixture and roll it into balls. Place the meatballs into the pot, cooking for one minute. Flip the meatballs.
For the Sauce:
Add the beef broth, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and give it a stir. Wait for the sauce to a boil, then add the egg noodles.
Stir occasionally until the egg pasta noodles are cooked and the liquid has reduced to a sauce that coats the noodles, about eight minutes.
Add the parmesan and the parsley, stirring until the cheese is melted.
