1/4 c Granulated suagr replacement 1 c Water 1 ts Cornstarch 1 c Strawberries pureed 1 tb Lemon juice Red food color(optional) Combine water,replacement and cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes and stir in the puree and lemon juice with the food color. Pour into freezer trays,cpover with wax paper and freeze. For a fluffy texture freeze until mushy.Scrape into a mixing bowl and beat unil just loosened. Frozen Yogurt store like Yole or llaollao are everywhere. Recently, most supermarket are carrying Yole Ice Cream. Thus, I've decided to get my hands on and recreate it from home. What we get is a ice cream that's not only creamy and luxurious, we managed to bring down half the cost! It's Sugar Free property means it's more friendly for Diabetic Patient. Being low calorie can help you shred those fats as well!
Ingredient
Strawberry Mixture Strawberry 90g Strawberry Jam 25g Gelatin 3/4 Teaspoon or about 3/8 Teaspoon Agar Agar Powder
Yogurt Base Strawberry Essence 1/2 Teaspoon to 3/4 Teaspoon Non Fat Greek Style Yogurt 280ml Salt 1/16 Teaspoon Xylitol 60g Glycerol 8g Skimmed Milk Powder 25g
Follow this easy recipe to learn how to make homemade strawberry ice cream. This homemade strawberry ice cream is so creamy and delicious. This recipe requires only 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of work. No ice cream machine needed and no special equipment needed. This recipe is also eggless and no-churn needed.
Ingredients: 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream, cold 1 can (14oz/400g) Sweetened condensed milk 12oz (340g) Strawberries, fresh or frozen 1 teaspoon Pink gel food coloring (optional) 4-5 Chopped strawberry (optional)
Directions: 1. Place strawberries in a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Place cold heavy cream in a large bowl, whip to stiff peaks. 3. Add, sweetened condensed milk, strawberry puree, food coloring and beat on low speed until incorporated. 4. Chop 4-5 strawberries add to ice cream batter, fold until combined. this stage is optional. 5. Transfer into a container/dish, freeze for least 6 hours.
Notes: • If you are using frozen, thaw the strawberries for about 1 hour minutes before blending.
