*SUPER EASY* STRAWBERRY CHIA PUDDING RECIPE | EASY AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPE
Time to switch up your breakfast routine this new year with a delicious Strawberry Milkshake Chia Pudding ????????????♂️ Super easy to whip up, this yummy delight tastes just as magical as it looks ❤️All you have to do is prep this in a few minutes at night and in the morning your breakfast will be ready for you ????
Ingredients:
????1 cup strawberries, halved
????1 banana
????2 tbsp oats
????1 tbsp honey
????1 + 1/4 cup milk
????3 tbsp chia seeds
Method
1. Add the strawberries, banana, oats, honey and milk in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
2. Transfer the berry smoothie to a bowl and add in the chia seeds. Mix well.
3. Allow the mixture to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight till the chia seeds swell up and becomes thick.

Orange Carrot Mango-
1 medium carrot
1 cup (155g) frozen mango
1 small peach pitted
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup (120ml) orange juice
1/4 cup (50ml) water
Strawberry Banana-
2 cups (255g) frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup (240ml) orange juice
Chocolate Peanut Butter-
1/2 cup (120ml) milk of choice
1 banana
1 tablespoon (14g) cocoa powder
2 tablespoons (40g) peanut butter
3 pitted dates
handful of crushed ice
ginger pineapple lemon (green smoothie)
2 cups (245g) frozen pineapple
1 inch (2cm) knob fresh ginger, peeled
small handful spinach
1/2 cup (120ml) orange juice
1/2 lemon worth of zest and juice
