STEAMED URAD DAL:
Steamed Urad dal is a tasty treat to all. this food can be consumes almost all age group of people starting from 8 month baby. Black gram is very nutritious as it contains high levels of protein , potassium , calcium , iron , niacin , Thiamine and riboflavin . Make this delicious food and give a treat to your family.
This is a super good food for people who have health issues related to bone (Like joint pain, back pain, leg pain, knee pain,neck pain, etc.),,irregular periods, breastfeeding mother, and finally babies from 7+ months.
INGREDIENTS:
Urad dal - 1 cup,
Salt - to taste.
METHOD:
* Soak urad dal for at least 30 minutes,
* Grind to foam with little water( must be thick consistency ),
* Steam for 6 to 8 minutes.
* serve hot with Coconut milk / honey / sugar jagger syrup / sesame seed oil.
