How To make Spinach and Bean Gratin
1 tb Sunflower oil
1 Onion
225 g Mooli or radish
400 g Chopped tomatoes
400 g Cannellini beans
Seasoning 225 g Frozen spinach
1 ts Ground cuumin
1 tb Fresh chopped thyme
100 g Breadcrumbs
Preparation: Chop the onion. Halve the mooli lengthways and slice into semi circles 1. Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas 6. Heat the oil in a large pan
and fry the onion and mooli together for 5 minutes until softened. 2. Add the tomatoes, cannellini beans, spinach, cumin, and thyme.
Add seasoning to taste and simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof casserole dish, top with
breadcrumbs and bake for 25 minutes until golden.

Cheesy Spinach Bake Recipe ผักขมอบชีส - Pai's Kitchen!
This recipe is my mom's favourite way to eat spinach! Spinach cooked in a cheese sauce that is creamy yet not too heavy. Studded with bacon and topped with more cheese. This is so good on its own, as a side dish, or for breakfast with some toast! To make it vegetarian, simply leave out the bacon and up the cheese a little :)

Green Bean Gratin
Green beans baked in a velvety cheese sauce beneath a lid of crisp, buttery bread crumbs. NOTE: I unintentionally added garlic powder when I said onion powder. Even so, the dish was screamingly delicious! Ingredients listed below:
1 pound green beans, trimmed and quartered (French fillet types work well here, or you could use young bush or pole beans)
2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Grinds of black pepper and a generous pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon (or more, to taste) garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon (or more, to taste) onion powder
Dash red pepper flakes
1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch (I accidentally said teaspoon in video)
6 ounces (2 cups) shredded Swiss cheese
Optional: 6-8 ounces cubed ham
Bread crumbs from 3 slices of fresh white bread
3 tablespoons butter
Bake at 325°F for 25-30 minutes
