Italian dressing mix 1 Teaspoon dried minced onion 1 Tabsp dried parsley, crushed 1/4 Teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 Teasp crushed basil leaves 1/4 Teasp thyme or marjoram 1/2 Teaspoon celery seeds 1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder 2 Tabsp grated parmesan cheese 1 1/2 Teaspoons granulated sugar 1/8 Teaspoon salt 1/8 Teaspoon seasoned pepper Italian dressing 1 pk Italian mix (see above) 1/3 c Garlic wine vinegar 3/4 c Vegetable oil A VERY GOOD SALAD DRESSING TO MARINATE TOMATOES & CUCUMBERS ITALIAN DRESSING MIX: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until evenly distributed.
