How To make Spaghetti with Shrimp& Asparagus
2 tb MAZOLA Corn Oil
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 lb Asparagus, trimmed, cut into
-1" pieces 1/2 lb Shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1 c Chicken broth
1/2 ts Grated lemon peel (opt)
2 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Grated fresh ginger
-Or 1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 t KINGSFORD'S Corn Starch
8 oz NAPOLINA Spaghetti, cooked
-and drained
In large skillet heat corn oil over medium heat. Add garlic and asparagus; saute 2 minutes. Add shrimp; saute 2 minutes or until pink. Combine next 5 ingredients; add to skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat; boil 1 minute. Toss with spaghetti.

450 g large or medium shrimp peeled and deveined about 12 to 20 pcs.
250 g asparagus cut into 2-inch
350 g angel hair pasta
1 bottle (700g) of tomato Puree Passata
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano aged 24mo
4 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 cup onion or shallots finely chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup white wine optional
Garnish with dried oregano and
Grated Parmesan cheese

Shrimp Pasta with Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes.
Today I made Shrimp Pasta with Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes. WITH a puppy on bed rest for six weeks and heat emanating from the sky with a force I was not trying to be in the kitchen all day. This 20 min meal will save the day and my energy. Simple ingredients
Shrimp
Linguine
Asparagus
Cherry tomatoes
Onion, chopped
Lots of garlic sliced
Extra-virgin olive oil
Good quality butter
Favorite spice blend
Parsley and Parmesan for topping, optional
Put them together like I did on this video and voila! Most delicious and easy lunch in mins. This was inspired by a meal I had at a restaurant some time ago. One-Pot Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta
Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces linguine
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 ¼ pounds large shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 cups baby spinach
¼ cup parmesan
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tablespoons lemon juice
PREPARATION
1. In a large pot, boil water and add pasta. Cook (stirring frequently) until al dente.
2. Drain and set aside pasta.
3. In the same pan, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and crushed red pepper, cook until fragrant.
4. Toss in shrimp, salt and pepper to taste, and stir until shrimp are turning pink, but not fully cooked.
5. Add oregano and spinach, cook until wilted.
6. Return cooked pasta to the pot, add remaining butter, parmesan, and parsley. Stir until well mixed and the butter is melted.
7. When the shrimp is cooked, add lemon juice, mix once more, then serve while hot.
8. Enjoy!
