How To make Snickers Bar Cheesecake
-Dottie Cross TMPJ72B 1 pk (9-oz) chocolate wafer cooki
4 tb Butter, melted
3 pk (8-oz) cream cheese, softene
1 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 tb Vanilla extract
2 c Heavy cream
1 1/2 lb Snack-size Snickers bars;
-each cut into sixths -Yummy Fudge Topping -(see seperate recipe) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a food processor, grind cookies into fine crumbs. Add butter and process until well blended. Press into bottom and about 1 inch up sides of a 9-1/2-or 10-inch springform pan. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar with an electic mixer on medium speed until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in vanilla and 1 cup cream; beat 3 to 4 minutes. Fold in 1-1/2 cups cut-up Snickers pieces. Turn into a crumb-lined pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 to 25 minutes, or until cheesecake is almost set but center still jiggles slightly. Let cool to room temperature. Sprinkle remaining candy pieces over top of cheesecake. Refrigerate at least 4 to 5 hours before serving. Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen cake and remove springform side of pan. Just before serving, drizzle Yummy Fudge Topping over cake. No-Bake Snickers Bar Pie - So Easy and Delicious
Wow your friends and family with this no-bake Snickers bar pie and we have no doubt that everyone will love the delicious chocolate and peanut butter flavors! This pie features a buttery graham crust filled with a creamy peanut butter and pudding filling that is then topped with pieces of yummy Snickers bars.

INGREDIENTS
9 inch graham cracker pie crust
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup chunky peanut butter
½ cup powdered sugar
3.4 ounces cheesecake instant pudding mix
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
8 ounces cool whip, thawed and divided
9 full-size Snickers candy bars
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until fully combined.
Beat in the cheesecake pudding mix.
Slowly pour in heavy cream while continuing to beat with the hand mixer.
Fold ½ of the Cool Whip into the peanut butter mixture until fluffy and combined.
Chop 6 of the Snickers bars into bite-size pieces and fold into the peanut butter mixture.
Transfer the pie filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top into a mound.
Use the remaining Cool Whip to pipe decorations on the top of the pie and decorate with the remaining candy bars as desired.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, graham cracker crumbs, a drizzle of caramel, or mini chocolate chips.
Chill for at least 3 hours before cutting and serving.

Peanut Cookie Crust:
250gr/8.8oz peanut cookies
90gr/3.2oz melted unsalted butter
Peanutbutter Cheesecake:
700gr/24.7oz cream cheese
210gr/7.4oz granulated sugar
1 medium eggyolk + 4 whole medium eggs
50ml/1.7fl.oz double cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
20gr/0.7oz all purpose flour
200gr/7oz peanutbutter
Peanut Caramel Sauce:
220gr/7.8oz caster sugar
6 tablespoons water
245ml/8.3fl.oz double cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200gr/7oz salted peanuts
Chocolate Ganache:
395gr/13.9oz melted milk chocolate
200ml/6.8fl.oz creme fraiche
