How To make Snickers Pie Part 1 Or 2

CRUST:
1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 tb Sugar
6 tb Unsalted butter(3/4 stick)
-melted FUDGE LAYER:
6 tb All purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/8 ts Salt
1/2 c Unsalted butter (1 stick)
-cut into 8 pieces 4 oz Semisweet chocolate -- chopped
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate
-chopped 1/2 c Sugar
1 lg Egg
1 lg Egg yolk
1 t Vanilla extract
2 c Snickers bars (ab.8 1/2 oz)
-(cut into 1/2-inch pieces) CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
10 oz Cream cheese room temp.
1/3 c Sugar
1 lg Egg
1 t Vanilla extract
2 oz Milk chocolate :
chopped
2 tb Whipping cream
FOR CRUST: Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350 deg. Butter 9-inch-diameter deep-dish glass pie dish. Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in medium bowl. Add melted butter and stir until well incorporated. Press graham mixture evenly into bottom and up sides of prepared dish. Bake until crust is set, about 5 minutes. Cool on rack. Maintain oven temperature. FOR FUDGE LAYER: Sift flour, baking powder and salt into medium bowl. Combine butter semisweet chocolate and unsweetened chocolate in top of double boiler set over simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from over water and cool slightly. Using 05/29 11:18 pm Don Fifield -Marietta, GA yolk in medium bowl until
slightly thickened, about 1 min. Add vanilla and cooled chocolate mixture and mix until well blended. Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined.

Ingredients:
-1 graham cracker pie crust
-2-3 Granny Smith apples
-1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
-2 1/2 cups softened cool whip/whipped topping
-4 oz (115 grams) cream cheese, softened
-3 Snicker bars, chopped
I placed my pie in the freezer and not the refrigerator because the cool whip doesn't harden unless it's placed in the freezer.
I covered my apples in lemon juice before placing them on top, that way they didn't brown.

No Bake Snickers Tart
Ingridients:
- 450 g crushed cookies
- 125 g melted butter
- 120 ml 30 % heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 150 g marshmallows
- 12 tbsp peanut butter
- 200 g caramel candies
- pinch of salt
- 250 g peanuts
- 200 g milk chocolate
For decotation (optional)
- peanuts
- snickers bar
Tarta Snickers bez pieczenia
Składniki:
- 450 g rozdrobnionych ciasteczek (herbatniki lub typu hit )
- 125 g roztopionego masła
- 120 ml 30 % smietany kremówki
- 2 łyżki masła
- 2 łyżki mleka zagęszczonego
- 150 g pianek marshmallow
- 12 łyżki masła orzechowego
- 200 g krówek
- szczypta soli
- 250 g orzeszków ziemnych
- 200 g mlecznej czekolady
Do ozdoby (opcjonalnie)
- orzeszki ziemne
- baton snickers
1. Ciasteczka umieścić w robocie kuchennym. Miksować do całkowitego rozdrobnienia. Przełożyć do miski, dodać roztopione masło. Wymieszać do połączenia. Przełożyć masę do 28 cm foremki do tarty, docisnąć do spodu i boków, wyrównać. Wstawić do lodówki na czas przygotowywania nadzienia.
2. W garnuszku, na wolnym ogniu, podgrzać 60 ml śmietany kremówki z masłem oraz mlekiem zagęszczonym. Gdy masło całkowicie się rozpuści, dodać pianki. Mieszać do całkowitego roztopienia pianek. Dodać masło orzechowe, wymieszać do uzyskania gładkiej konsystencji.
3. Nadzienie przelać na spód tarty. Wstawić do lodówki na 30 minut.
4. W garnuszku podgrzać 60 ml śmietanki kremówki. Dodać krówki, mieszać do uzyskania kremowej konsystencji. Zdjąć z ognia, dodać szczyptę soli oraz orzeszki ziemne. Wymieszać do połączenia, następnie przestudzić około 20 minut.
5. Nadzienie karmelowe równomiernie rozprowadzić na nadzieniu piankowym. Wstawić do lodówki na około 20 minut.
6. Mleczną czekoladę rozpuścić w żaroodpornej misce, nad gotującą się wodą lub w mikrofalówce. Przelać na wierzch tarty. Udekorować orzeszkami ziemnymi oraz batonem snickers.

4 graham cracker sheets, 8oz tub ff cool whip, 2 tbsp ff sf caramel, 2 tbsp ff choc syrup and 2 fun size snickers(164 cals)
SNICKERS Mini Peanut Butter Pies
With rich peanut butter filling and a nutty graham crust, these Snickers mini pies are an explosion of sweet flavors that everyone will love.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes (+ 1 1/2 hours standing time)
Makes: 16
Ingredients:
1 cup graham wafer crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts, divided
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 regular (1.86 oz each) Snickers Original, divided
6 oz brick-style plain cream cheese
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup 35% heavy cream
2 tbsp caramel sauce
Instructions:
Line 16 mini muffin cups with paper liners. In bowl, stir together graham crumbs, 2 tbsp chopped peanuts and brown sugar until combined; add melted butter, tossing well. Divide evenly into cups, pressing down and up side of cups to form crusts. Freeze for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm.
Chop one Snickers bar and slice remaining bar into 16 pieces.
Using electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, icing sugar and vanilla until light, fluffy and smooth; set aside.
In separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks start to form; fold into cream cheese mixture. Stir in chopped Snickers.
Divide filling evenly among crusts. Top each with piece of Snickers. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until firm. Just before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with remaining peanuts.
Tip: For a chocolate crust, substitute chocolate wafer crumbs for graham wafer crumbs.
