Decadent Snickers Brownies
If you're a fan of the Snickers candy bar, you are going to LOVE these Snickers Brownies! These are a truly decadent dessert with a thick triple chocolate brownie base, layered with gooey caramel, nutty marshmallow nougat, and topped with creamy chocolate.

???? INGREDIENTS
For The Brownies
4 ounces (113 g) semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
4 ounces (113 g) unsweet chocolate, finely chopped
½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 ¾ cups (367 g) light brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (130 g) all-purpose flour
For The Caramel Layer
1 ½ cups (280 g) caramel bits, or unwrapped caramels squares
1 tablespoon evaporated milk
For The Nougat Layer
1 ½ cups (150 g) marshmallow fluff
5 tablespoons (81 g) crunchy peanut butter, or creamy peanut butter
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
½ cup (120 ml) evaporated milk
5 tablespoons (70 g) unsalted butter
For The Chocolate Layer
6 ounces (170 g) semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

brownie layer:
100g dark chocolate
175g sugar (205mls / ½ cup)
125g butter (125mls / ½ cup)
30g plain flour (60mls / 1/4 cup)
40g cocoa powder (80mls / ⅓ cup)
¼ teaspoon baking powder (1.25mls)
2 eggs
caramel and peanut layer:
100g sugar (120mls / ½ cup)
60g water (60mls / ¼ cup)
190g double cream (200mls / ¾ cup)
200g roasted peanuts (380mls / 1⅔ cup)
soft nougat layer:
110g marshmallow fluff
60g canned caramel
150g sugar (180mls / ¾ cup)
95g evaporated milk (90mls / ⅓ cup)
60g butter (60mls / ¼ cup)
chocolate layer:
100g dark chocolate
120g double cream (125mls / ½ cup)

Snickers bar brownie
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate
200g unsalted butter ( room temperature)
3 large eggs
250g Brown sugar (jaggery)
100g All purpose flour
50g Cocoa powder
3 snickers bar
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
2. Start by melting together butter and dark chocolate in microwave for 1 minutes. (Stirring every 20 seconds) and keep it a side.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add brown sugar and egg and mix until the brown sugar dissolves.
4. Next add chocolate mixture to the bowl and stir until combined. Add cocoa powder and flour then stir until the brownie mixture is smooth.
5. Add chopped snickers in to the mixture and mix it. Then add you batter to a baking tin and add some chopped snickers bar in top.
6. Bake the brownie for about 20 to 30 minutes or until cooked through.
