One Pan Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry | Dinner in 30 Minutes
This homemade Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry recipe is an easy 30-minute meal and it has the best stir fry sauce.

CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI STIR FRY INGREDIENTS:
►1 lb chicken breast (boneless skinless), cut into 3/4 pieces
►2 Tbsp cooking oil (I used extra light olive oil), divided
►1 lb broccoli cut into florets (about 5 cups)
►1 small yellow onion sliced into strips
►1/2 lb white button mushrooms thickly sliced
STIR FRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
►2/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
►3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce (use Tamari for gluten-free)
►2 Tbsp light brown sugar packed (or honey to taste)
►1 Tbsp corn starch
►1 Tbsp sesame oil
►1 tsp fresh ginger peeled and grated (lightly packed)
►1 tsp garlic (2 small cloves) grated
►1/4 tsp black pepper plus more to season chicken

Peanut Noodles in 20 minutes

⭐️ Peanut noodles are tossed with a creamy and delicious peanut sauce made with just a few simple ingredients.
⭐️ Ingredients
8 ounces dry noodles double the amount if you use pre-cooked noodles like vacuum-packed udon noodles.
Peanut Sauce
½ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
1 clove garlic grated
1 teaspoon ginger grated
Vegetables
1 cup red bell pepper cut into strips
1 large carrot cut into matches or grated
2 green onions thinly sliced, save green tops for garnishing
2 cups broccoli florets boiled
¼ cup roasted peanuts coarsely chopped
Garnish (optional)
4 wedges lime
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 drizzle sesame oil
2 tablespoons crunchy onions

LAY HO MA (how's it going in Cantonese)! Nothing beats sitting down with a nice bowl of freshly steamed rice and a delicious side of sautéed broccoli. Join me in this episode and learn how to stir fry some amazing broccoli with garlic sauce
Ingredients:
370g broccoli
2-3 pieces garlic
small piece ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp cane sugar
splash of toasted sesame oil
1 tsp potato starch
2 tbsp water
1 tsp avocado oil
2 tsp chili oil (
1 tsp white sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Remove the floret from the stalk of the broccoli. Then, chop the florets into bite sized pieces
2. Grate the garlic and ginger. Prep the sauce by combining together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cane sugar, toasted sesame oil, potato starch, and water. Set the sauce aside
3. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add the avocado oil followed by the broccoli
4. Let the broccoli cook for 2-3min. Then, give the pan a good toss. Allow the broccoli cook for another 2-3min. Set the broccoli aside
5. Place the pan on medium low heat and add in the chili oil
6. Add the garlic and ginger. Gently cook for 2-3min
7. Add the broccoli and turn the heat to medium. Sauté for about 1min
8. Add in the stir fry sauce and place on a lid immediately following. Let the broccoli steam for about 30-45 seconds
9. Give the broccoli a good stir. Plate the broccoli and garnish with white sesame seeds

4 cloves of minced garlic
thumb size knob of ginger, minced
½ a shallot, minced.
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of black vinegar
1 tsp of sugar
½ tsp of salt
korean chili flakes or Gochugaru
¼ cup of avocado oil
Ruffled wheat noodles
shredded cucumbers
sesame seeds
Miso Carbonara:
2 eggs
1 tbsp of yellow miso
½ cup grated pecorino
½ tsp of black pepper
bacon
garlic cloves
salt and cook spaghetti until just al dente.
½ cup of the pasta water
pinch of black pepper
Broccoli Beef Stir-Fry
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp rice vinegar
½ tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
¾ lb of flap meat
1 tbsp cornstarch
red onion
broccolini or baby broccoli
rice noodles or thai noodle
¼ cup broth

FAST 10 MIN Weeknight Noodles | VEGAN CHINESE CHILI SESAME RECIPE
LAY HO MA everyone! This is definitely a recipe you will make again and again. Its delicious, easy, and only takes about 10min from start to finish. Join me in this episode and learn how to make an amazing Chinese sesame and chili tossed noodles - the perfect weeknight dinner. Let's begin
Ingredients:
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp black rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp chili oil
2 sticks green onion
1 tbsp ginger (minced)
90g noodles
1 bok choy
1/2 cup shimeji mushrooms
Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil for the noodles
2. Heat up a sauté pan on medium heat. Add the sesame seeds
3. Toast the seeds for about 40 sec, then transfer to a mortar and pestle. Give the seeds a coarse crush
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil fresh chopped green onion, finely chopped ginger, and the sesame seeds
5. Place the noodles in the boiling water and cook as per package instructions (refer to pg...for handmade noodles)
6. Roughly chop the bok choy. Add the bok choy and mushrooms into the boiling water with the noodles when the noodles have 1 min left
7. Strain out the water from both the noodles and veggies. Place them in a large mixing bowl
8. Pour in the sauce mix, and toss to combine
9. Serve with an extra drizzle of chili oil
