Ingredients:
Seasoning the salmon: 3 pieces skinless salmon Salt and pepper to taste Choice of any of the dressings: Dijon Mustard, Yellow Mustard or Mayonnaise 3 tbsp raw white sesame 2 tbsp raw black sesame 3-4 tbsp frying oil for salmon
Dipping sauce: 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 tbsp garlic, minced, 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice 2 tablespoons Maggi soy sauce 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Sesame Mustard Chicken | Sesame Chicken | fried chicken without flour, eggs and milk.
Wash about 3 pounds(lbs) of Chicken breasts in lukewarm water and cut in thin slices. Add these seasoning to the bowl, 2 teaspoons(tsp) of all purpose seasoning, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 2 teaspoons ground mustard seeds, 1 tablespoon liquid mustard sauce, 2 teaspoons Montreal chicken seasoning, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 2 teaspoons parsley flakes, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt/white salt and Black Salts. I normally mix my two salts [Sea salts & Black Salts] together, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1 whole lime. Cut and squeeze the lime into the bowl of slice chicken. Make sure your hands are clean before mixing. Mix thoroughly. Wash hands once done mixing and wrap the container with plastic wrap. Set the container in the fridge and let it marinate for 24 hours(hrs). Add 1 tablespoon extra Virgin oil in the frying pan. Allow oil to warm up for 1 to 2 minutes on medium heat. Add in 1lbs chicken and lightly fried them. repeat this until all the chicken are lightly fried. Spray a little oil on your tray and transfer the chicken to the tray. place in the Air-fryer. Set the temperature for 380 Fahrenheit(193 Celsius) and for 40 to 45 minutes. Thank you Follow my Instagram
