How To make Scotch Toffee
1/3 c Butter or margarine; melted
2 c Quaker Oats, uncooked
-- (quick or old-fashioned) 1/2 c Brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c Dark corn syrup
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate pieces
-- melted 1/4 c Chopped nutmeats
Pour butter over oats; mix thoroughly. Add sugar, syrup, salt and vanilla; blend well. Firmly pack into well-greased 11 x 7-inch metal baking pan. Bake in preheated very hot oven (450 F.) about 12 minutes. (Mixture will be brown and bubbly.) Cool thoroughly. Loosen edges; invert pan and tap firmly against bread board or cutting board. Spread with chocolate. Sprinkle with nutmeats. Chill; cut in small bars. Store in refrigerator. Butter Scotch Pudding
Ingredients :
Roast Dry Fruits :
Switch ON the Flame and Take a Pan n add
1/4 Cup - Almond
1/4 Cup - Cashew
Roast Properly and Keep aside in Plate
Praline :
3/4 Cup - Sugar
Spead in a Pan ,no need to.stir and Completely Melt Sugar , immediately Close the flame and add
1 tsp - Butter Salted
add above Roasted Dry Fruits and Mix everything
Remove above thing is grease Aluminium Tray ,Sprrad Little and Let Cool Completely and Crush Coarsely
Caramel :
Switch On the Gas and add
1/3 Cup - Sugar
Let Completely melt the Sugar , immediately Switch OFF the gas and add
1 tbsp - Butter
Mix Properly and add
1/3 Cup - Amul Fresh Cream
mix everything then again Switch ON the gas
and heat little bit
Make a Two Part and
keep One aside
Thin Caramel :
and Rest Caramel in same Pan add ,add
1/3 Cup - Milk
and boil little and keep aside
Whipped Caramel Mixture:
2 to 2+1/2 Cup - Whipped Cream ( Whipped )
Whipped Cream :
add above Caramel (1 St thick Caramel )
1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
Mix and keep aside
Take 7' 7 Glass mould
Assemble
Pour little Thin Caramel
Arrange Bread Slice
Thin Caramel
Coarse Praline
Whipped Cream Caramel Mixture
bread Slice

Keep for Set in Fridge for 4 to 5 Hours and Serve

Caramel Walnut Toffee
Ingredients:
Sugar 1 cup + 1 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Nurpur Dairy Cream 1 pack
Honey 2 tbsp
Corn syrup 1 ½ tbsp.
Nurpur Butter 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Walnuts (crushed) 1 cup
Directions:
1. In a heated pan add sugar and cook until sugar melts and caramelizes.
2. Now add water and mix it well. turn off the flame.
3. Add cream and cook for 1-2 mins. Add 1 cup of sugar and cook until sugar melts. Add honey, corn syrup and mix it well. Add butter and cook until butter melts.
4. Lastly add vanilla essence, walnuts and mix well.
5. Drop a small amount of the mixture into the water. Take the mixture in fingers and if it forms the shape, the mixture is ready.
6. Pour the prepared mixture into a mold and set aside for 1-2 hours.
7. Now take it out of the mold once hardened. Cut them in toffee shape and wrap in butter paper.
8. Your Caramel Walnut Toffee is ready.

Cooking time: 15-20 mins

Shehad 2 khanay ke chamach
Corn syrup 1 1/2 (daidh) khanay ka chamach
Nurpur butter 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1 chaye ka chamach
Akhrot katay huway 1 cup
Tarkeeb:
1. Aik garam pan me cheeni daalen or is waqt tak pakayen jab tak cheeni phigal kar caramel ban jaye. Ab ismay pani daal kar achi tarhan mix krlen.
2. Ab ismay cream daal kar aik do minute tak pakayen.phir ismay 1 cup cheeni daal kar cheeni pighalnay tak pakayen..Ab ismay shehad or corn syrup daal kar achi tarhan mix karen.
3. Phir ismay makhan daal kar makhan pighalnay tak pakayen.akhir me vanilla essence or akhrot daal kar achi tarhan mix karen.ab pani me thora sa mixture daalen,or is mixture ko ungliyon me len.or agar iski shakal ban jaye to apka mixture tyaar hai.
4. Tyaar mixture ko mold me daal kar 1-2 ghanton ke liye side pe rakh den
5. Ab iskay sakht hnay ke baad issay sanchay se nikaal len or toffee ki shakal me kaat kar butter paper lapait len.
6. Caramel walnut toffee tayar hai.
Tyaari ka waqt: 10 mins
Banana ka waqt: 15-20 mins
Servings: 5-6
