How To make Savory Lamb Stir Fry
2 Lamb leg center steaks, cut
1 Inch thick (approx. 1 1/2
-Ibs.) 2 tb Fresh lemon juice
2 tb Olive oil, divided
2 ts . cornstarch
2 Cloves garlic, crushed,
-divided 1 t Dried oregano leaves,
-crushed 1/2 ts Salt
1 md Red bell pepper, cut into
-l/s-inch strips 4 Oz's mushrooms, sliced
Combine lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oil, cornstarch, 1 clove garlic, oregano and salt. Trim excess fat from lamb steaks; remove bone. Cut lamb across the grain into l/s-inch thick slices. Place lamb in plastic bag; add marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in wok or large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add 1 clove garlic; stir-fry 10 seconds. Add bell pepper and mushrooms; stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Remove vegetables, keep w arm. Stir-fry lamb (I/2 at a time) 2-3 minutes. Return lamb and vegetables to pan; heat through. Makes 4 servings. PREP TIME: 20 minutes. Marinate: 30 minutes. 16 oz/450 g fresh chow mein noodle
4 stalks of green onions
5.3 oz/150 g bean sprout
5.3 oz/150 g onion
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1/8 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp rice wine
1 tsp Chow Mein Sauce
7 oz/200 g beef
3/4 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp rice wine
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp water
Chow Mein Sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
3/4 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp sugar
6.7 oz/150 ml unsalted chicken broth/water

Ingredients:
6-7 pieces of garlic
1/2 onion
80g broccolini
1/4 red bell pepper
3 tbsp avocado oil
pinch crushed pepper flakes
1/4 cup corn
1 1/2 cups basmati rice (cooked)
1 tsp turmeric
pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Finely chop the garlic, onion, broccolini, and red bell pepper
2. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium low heat. Add 2 tbsp of avocado oil
3. Cook the garlic and onions for 6-7min. Add the crushed pepper flakes
4. Set the garlic and onions aside. Heat the pan to medium heat and add 1 tbsp of avocado oil
5. Sauté the broccolini and red bell pepper for a couple of minutes. Add the corn, basmati rice, turmeric, salt, and the cooked garlic and onions. Sauté for 2-3min
6. Plate and sprinkle with some more crushed pepper flakes

Sac Tava, Turkish Style Lamb Stir Fry
Sac Tava or sometimes called as Sac Kavurma, is a traditional dish in Turkey, cooked often during the Eid. Sac is a basic and flat version of wok and usually used for traditional cooking in the countryside which has its origins in the cooking utensils used by nomads.
Kavurma is a word for a type of sautéing, using none or a small amount of oil or fat in a shallow pan over high heat. The word comes from the Turkic word for the technique of frying, qawirma (fried thing) which was also adopted into other languages such as Persian, Arabic and Urdu. (Wikipedia)
It's a very simple but amazingly delicious dish with simple ingredients.
