How To make Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes
1 T OLIVE OIL
1 pt CHERRY TOMATOES, STEMS REMOV
2 T FRESH BASIL, CHOPPED
Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet and, when it is quite hot, add the cherry tomatoes and saute them, shaking the pan constantly, for 1 minute or until some of the skins have split. Pile the tomatoes into a serving bowl, sprinkle them with basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix them and serve at once. This is an excellent side dish for the Rack of Lamb DGP.

Sauteeing garlic in olive oil until lightly golden and cooking tomatoes in that oil, until they burst, creates a flavorful and super simple sauce. The burst cherry tomato sauce goes perfectly with linguine or spaghetti. Top it with a handful of fresh basil leaves and good quality extra virgin olive oil and in about 15-20 minutes you'll have an awesome easy pasta recipe!

Roasted cherry tomatoes with garlic
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp fresh basil
* Heat a large pan on the stove on medium heat. Add cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Stir regularly for about 3 minutes, until cherry tomatoes begin to soften and wrinkle.
* Add garlic and butter. Turn heat down to medium-low and stir roasted cherry tomatoes with garlic for 30-60 seconds. Remove from heat before garlic burns. Sprinkle with basil and serve.

Wonderful side dish that takes so little time to prepare! I used only 200 gm of cherry tomatoes and few ingredients. I used a bit of salt and fresh cracked black pepper to season. I love the fresh spring onion on these. Definitely it will taste good.
