How To make Round Steak Casserole
Ingredients

pound
steak, round, cut 1/2 inch thick
1
garlic salt
1
salt
1
pepper
1
each
onion, thinly sliced
3-4
each
potatoes, peeled, quartered, optional
1 1/2
cup
broth, beef
1
each
green beans, can, drained
1
each
tomato soup, can
1
each
tomatoes, can
Directions:
Season round steak lightly with garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Cut into serving pieces and place in crockpot with sliced onion which has been separated into rings. Add potatoes and green beans. Top with tomato soup and tomatoes. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours.
Remove cover during last half-hour if too much liquid.

Ingredients:
1 - 1.5 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® top round steaks, thinly sliced to 1/8 – 1/4-inch
2 cups breadcrumbs
3 eggs
1 cup flour
2 garlic cloves, pressed (or minced and smashed with side of knife)
1 teaspoon ground pepper, divided
2 teaspoons salt, divided

Foil Baked Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes
Deliciously made foil baked steak and potatoes with garlic butter, perfect steak and potato dinner. So delicious and packed with flavor.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb gold potatoes
1 and 1/2 lbs New York strip steak
1 medium onion, finely sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs Italian seasoning
2 Tbs freshly chopped parsley
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbs olive oil
4 Tbs butter, divided
BAKE at 425F for 20 mins
