Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make homemade peanut butter cups. Peanut Butter Cups were introduced in the 1920s and have been popular ever since. Did you know that you can make them at home? They really are quite easy to make and I think every bit as good. All that is required is to melt some chocolate, place a little in a candy cup, top with a little peanut butter mixture, and then drop a little more chocolate on top. What you end up with is a shell of chocolate with a smooth and creamy peanut butter filling inside. So delicious that you may want to make a double batch.

BEST No Bake Peanut Butter Bars (+ Variations)
Peanut Butter Bars are a classic no-bake dessert. My No Bake Peanut Butter Bars are made with graham crackers and topped with chocolate. You can make these so many ways, including s'mores, Oreo, and Reese's!
PRINTABLE RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS 8 tablespoons 113g unsalted butter, melted 2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs about 60 crackers or about 194g 1 1/4 cups 142g powdered sugar 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter divided 1 cup chocolate chips INSTRUCTIONS Line a 9×9-inch or 9×13-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. (Or you can use any size pan in between; the bigger the pan the thinner the bars.) Place melted butter, Ritz cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and ¾ cup peanut butter in a large bowl. Mix by hand until combined. Press firmly into prepared pan. Place chocolate chips and remaining 2 tablespoons peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. Pour over bars and spread with a spatula to evenly coat. Chill for at least 1 hour to set, slice into bars. **It’s best to slice them at room temperature so your chocolate doesn’t shatter.** These can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator, depending on how warm your house is. The chocolate will get melty if it’s too hot, so use your judgement on where you should store them.

Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars. I just love the combination of dark chocolate and peanut butter in this three layer bar. The top layer is a smooth and shiny Chocolate Ganache covered with crunchy bits of peanuts. Next comes a no bake Peanut Butter Filling that's deliciously soft and fluffy with a creamy smooth texture. The bottom layer is a sweet and grainy Graham Cracker Crust that contrasts so nicely with the creaminess of the top two layers. My favorite way to eat these bars is cold from the fridge but they are also good at room temperature .
