Red Lobster Biscuits Are Even Better At Home
I think it’s safe to say the best part about Red Lobster is their Cheddar Bay Biscuits! Those hot, steamy, garlicky, Cheddary biscuits are probably one of the greatest restaurant appetizers of all time. You can now make an exact replica at home and it'll only take you 15 minutes to get them in the oven!

#RedLobster #Biscuits are really easy to make at home.
If you’ve never made homemade biscuits, this is a great recipe to start with and you’re about to be shocked at just how easily they come together. #CheddarBayBiscuits have just a few special ingredients that transform them from your standard biscuit to something irresistibly crave-worthy.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
8 tablespoons cold, unsalted butter + 2 tablespoons melted butter (separated)
2 cups All-Purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt plus a pinch
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2/3 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons freshly minced Italian parsley
1 cup buttermilk
HOW TO MAKE THEM:
1. Cut the Butter – Cut cold butter into tiny cubes and set aside until ready to use.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and garlic powder.
3. Cut In Butter – Using a pastry blender, cut the cubed butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse, small peas.
4. Add Cheese, Parsley, and Buttermilk – Stir in the Cheddar and parsley. Then, using a sturdy spoon, stir in the buttermilk just until the dough comes together. Do not over mix.
5. Drop Dough Onto Baking Sheet – Drop heaping spoonfuls of dough (about 2-3 tablespoons worth — we actually used an ice cream scoop for these biscuits) onto the sheet pans, spacing each 2 inches apart, and bake for 10-13 minutes.
6. Once the biscuits have finished baking, brush them with the melted butter and enjoy!

Cheddar Bay Biscuits (Copycat Red Lobster Biscuits)
Here you go, as promised John!
These taste almost as good as the ones you get at Red Lobster.
They are best eaten warm out of the oven.
2 cups Bisquick baking mix (if you don't have Bisquick in your country, google home made Bisquick mix)
2/3 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Mix the above three ingredients until well combined. Drop by heaping tablespoonfulls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 450F for 10 minutes.
While you are waiting melt 1/4 cup of butter in the microwave and mix in 1/4 tsp of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of dried parsley. Set aside.
After the ten minutes of baking time remove biscuits from oven and using a pastry brush, brush the tops with the melted butter mixture, put them back into the oven for 5 minutes more.
