1/4 c Dijon mustard with seeds 2 t Olive oil 1/4 c Finely slivered fresh basil 1/2 t Freshly ground pepper 1/4 t Cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Makes about 1/2 cup.

Pat dry and seasoned wings with @blazingstarbbq pork’n rub with a little cornstarch and put them in the @zgrills smoker for 40 mins at 375°. While they were cooking I mixed up this red devil wing sauce then tossed the wings and smashed! So easy and so damn good! ????
Red Devil Wing Sauce: 6oz red devil hot sauce Small zesty Italian dressing mix packet 1/4 stick of unsalted butter
Tips for this recipe:
Use half of the Italian dressing pack for less sodium and less flavor intensity
Add water if sauce gets thick on you
Add a little cornstarch to the wing seasoning for extra crispness on the wings
