Prepare Filling:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 300g
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Olper’s Milk ¾ Cup
-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated 2-3 tbs
Prepare Tart Shells:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ Cups
-Makhan (Butter) chilled 150g
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Sugar powdered 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Water 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Tomato ketchup
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cube
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
Prepare Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,dried oregano,lemon juice,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add capsicum,mix well & set aside.
-In the same frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-On low flame,add milk,cream,red chilli crushed,salt,chicken powder,black pepper powder,mix well & cook until it thickens.
-Add cooked chicken,cheddar cheese,mix well until cheese melts & set aside.
Prepare Tart Shells:
-In a chopper,add all-purpose flour,butter,salt,sugar & chop until crumbled.
-Add egg,water & chop well then knead dough until smooth.
-Place another silicon mat on it & roll it out with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut the dough with the help of round cutter (4.5 inches) then set the dough on tart molds & prick with the help of fork.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-12 minutes.
-Let it cool.
Assembling:
-On tart shell,apply tomato ketchup with the help of brush.
-Add 2 tbs of prepared chicken filling,mozzarella cheese,capsicum & sprinkle red chilli crushed.
-Can be stored in zip lock bag or airtight container for up to 2 weeks in freezer.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C until cheese melts (5-6 minutes) (makes 15-16).

-Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz dal dein aur translucent ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Halki ancch per doodh,cream,lal mirch crushed,namak,chicken powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Cooked chicken aur cheddar cheese dal ker cheese melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Tart Shells:
-Chopper mein maida,makhan,namak aur cheeni dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Anda aur pani dal ker ache tarhan chop karein phir smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan knead ker lein.
-Ek aur silicon mat us ka upper rakh ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Round cutter (4-5 inches) ki madad sa dough ko cut ker lein phir dough ko tart molds mein set ker lein aur fork ki madad sa prick karein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 10-12 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.

-Tart shell mein brush ki madad sa tomato ketchup laga lein.
-2 tbs tayyar chicken filling,mozzarella cheese,shimla mirch & lal mirch crushed dal dein.
-Zip lock bag ya airtight container mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per cheese melt ho janay tak bake ker lein (5-6 minutes) (makes 15-16).
RECIPE | TOMATO & RED ONION TART
A lovely hand formed tart which uses whatever tomatoes and fresh herbs you have to hand. Looks great with different varieties, colours and sizes of tomato. Serve hot or cold.

butter, eggs, flour, green bell pepper, heavy cream, mushrooms, olive oil, orange bell pepper, pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, salt, zucchini
*Recipe*
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
Put the flour and the butter in a bowl. Mix them with your hands to make it crumbly.
Whisk one egg and pour it in the crumbs.
Add 1 teaspoon of cold water.
Knead the dough, then cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Dice the onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
Add the red onion and cook it until it turns translucent. Throw in the bell peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini and cook them.
Season with salt and pepper.
Flour your workplace and stretch the dough very thinly, using a rolling pin. Put it on the bottom of a ceramic pie plate. Prick the dough with a fork.
Add the vegetables mixture.
Whisk the remaining eggs with heavy cream and put the mixture over the vegetables.
Bake the tart for about 30 minutes.
Slice the tart and serve it!
