Ingredients:
▢1 tbsp olive oil
▢1 onion - finely diced
▢2 cloves garlic - peeled and minced
▢500 g (1.1lb) fresh ravioli - (use your favourite flavour)
▢1 red bell pepper - sliced
▢½ tsp Italian herbs
▢½ tsp chilli flakes (red pepper flakes)
▢½ tsp black pepper
▢a pinch salt
▢1 tbsp tomato puree (paste if you're in the US)
▢90 ml (⅓ cup) white wine
▢100 g (3 ½ oz) roasted cherry tomato halves - (you can buy these from the deli counter)
▢120 ml (½ cup) chicken stock
▢90 ml (⅓ cup) double (heavy) cream
▢90 g (3 packed cups) baby spinach
▢50 g (½ cup) parmesan - grated
▢1 tbsp fresh parsley - finely chopped
Instructions:
1. Add the 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large frying pan (or skillet) and heat over a medium heat, then add in the finely diced onion and cook for 4-5 minutes until the onion starts to soften.
2. Add in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds stirring continuously.
3. Now add in the ravioli and the sliced red bell pepper and cook for another minute, stirring a few times.
4. Add in the Italian herbs, chilli flakes, black pepper and a pinch of salt, give it a stir then add in the tomato puree and wine, stir again, and cook for another minute to reduce the wine down slightly.
5. Add in the roasted tomatoes, chicken stock and cream. Stir everything together and bring up to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 5-6 minutes, until the centre of the ravioli is piping hot (you can open one up to check this).
6. Add in the spinach and parmesan and cook for a minute to allow the cheese to melt and the spinach to wilt.
7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.

4 Ingredient Baked Ravioli Recipe That's Easy and Tastes Like Heaven
I remember growing up and having ravioli in a can. Good old Chef Boyardee. The funny part is, I simply loved it. Then, as I got older, I had the opportunity to experience true Italian ravioli. Suddenly, gone were the days of Chef Boyardee, and sadly he had to throw in his apron. The Times I decided to make ravioli from scratch or laborious and time consuming but in the long run often worth the effort. Where I made up the simple four ingredient baked ravioli recipe and was shocked at the outcome. I never thought that somethings so simple could be so easy.
To make this recipe all you need is a bag of pre-made ravioli, a jar of spaghetti sauce, some grated cheese, and spinach. Of course, you can use the ingredients of your choice and the ones I have mentioned are interchangeable. Also feel free to spice the recipe up using the seasoning of your choice. For example, some Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and other types of seasoning would certainly not go amiss.

RAVIOLI LASAGNA
RAVIOLI LASAGNA #lazylasagna
2 pounds (about 30 pieces) CHEESE RAVIOLI (or your favorite)
1 pound HAMBURGER MEAT, browned and drained
(Be sure to add a dash of salt and pepper to your hamburger)
1 teaspoon DRIED OREGANO
32 ounce jar SPAGHETTI SAUCE (your favorite) I used PREGO traditional
2 cups SHREDDED MOZERELLA
1/2 cup PARMIGIANO REGGIANO OR PARMESAN CHEEESE
Using a 9 x 11 or 9 x 13 baking dish spray it well with non stick cooking spray for easy clean up. Pour a small amount of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom to coat. Line about 14 to 15 raviolis on top of the sauce. Sprinkle half the hamburger meat on top. Then sprinkle half the 2 cheeses. Repeat the layers again. Top with more sauce and cheese. Cover with foil that is tented up so it doesn't lay on top of the cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and bubbly. Enjoy with some ITALIAN or FRENCH bread toasted with olive oil.
