Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies
Kick your brownies up a notch with this easy peasy recipe!
Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies | The Hummingbird Bakery
This brownie has not one but three layers of joy! Intensely rich chocolate brownie with a baked vanilla cheesecake layer topped with fresh raspberry whipped cream. Baker's tip: the juicier the raspberries the pinker the colour of the cream, this can be due to the ripeness of the fruit or the amount of mixing. The more you mix, the more juice will be released from the raspberries, turning the cream a lovely pink shade. Try this irresistible brownie recipe at home or order one at our London bakeries.
