How To make Deco's Raspberry Cheesecake
1 c Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c Melted butter or margarine
1 Env unflavored gelatin
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Whipping cream, whipped
3 tb Sugar
10 oz Pkg frozen raspberries
8 oz Pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tb Grand Marnier
For crust, in a small bowl, combine crumbs, 3 tbs sugar and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake in a 350-F oven for 10 minutes. Cool. For the filling, drain raspberries, reserving juice. Set
raspberries aside. In a small saucepan, combine reserved juice, 1/4 cup cold water and gelatin. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cook and stir over low heat till gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. Cool for 10 minutes. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar with electric mixer on medium speed till blended. Add reserved raspberries, Grand Marnier and raspberry-gelatin mixture. Beat on low speed till well blended. Chill till partially set (mixture will be the consistency of unbeaten egg whites). By hand, gently fold whipped cream into partially set raspberry mixture. Spoon into springform pan. Chill for 6 to 24 hours. Run knife around edge of pan to loosen. Remove side of pan. Top with fresh raspberries and additional whipped cream, if desired. INGREDIENTS:
10 graham crackers, about 1 ½ cups cookie crumbs
1/3 cup (75 g) unsalted butter, melted
4, 8-oz (907 g) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup (245 g) sour cream
1 cup (200 g) white granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla extract
1 tbsp (8 g) cornstarch
2 cups (250 g) diced, fresh strawberries
½ cup (120 ml) strawberry preserves
For Whipped Cream:
2 cups (475 ml) heavy cream, chilled
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (120 g) confectioner’s sugar
½ cup (120 ml) strawberry preserves, for serving
Chocolate strawberries, for garnish

Ingredients;

500g cream cheese or labneh cheese
200 ml cream
1/2 + 1/4 Cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp starch
2 eggs
1 tsp poppy seed (optional)
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup water
1 egg yolks
1 tbsp starch
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp butter

안녕하세요.
분 베이크입니다.
오늘은 향긋하고 달콤한 라즈베리를 이용해서 굽지 않고 만들 수 있는 노 베이크 치즈 케이크를 만들어 보겠습니다.
오븐을 사용하지 않는 레시피라서 초보 베이커들에게도 알맞은 디저트랍니다.
그리고 평소에 데코레이션에 자신이 없으셨던 분들도 쉽게 따라 할 수 있는 데코레이션입니다.
누구나 너무 예쁜 케이크를 만들 수 있어요.
일반 치즈 케이크와는 달리 요거트와 라즈베리 퓨레가 들어가서 더욱 맛이 좋답니다.
만드는 내내 라즈베리의 향이 너무 좋았어요.,

The gel used in the video is Beetroot gel.
The recipe for the beetroot gel is;
450ml - Beetroot juice
5gms- agar agar
5gms- salt
(Bring it to boil to activate the agar agar to form a jelly texture ; set the boiled juice on ice)
》when it will become a jelly add..
0.5 gms - xantana and blend
(Xantana will help your gel to give a proper dropping consistancy)
