old bay seasoning, (prepared blend of celery salt, spices and paprika, look for it where spices are located)
1/4
teaspoon
pepper, red, crushed
1
pound
crabmeat, lump
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine crushed crackers and next 5 ingredients. With fingers, pick through crabmeat to remove any shells. Place crabmeat in bowl with cracker mixture; with rubber spatula, gently fold mixture together. Form into 4 patties. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add patties, cook until browned 12-15 minutes.

Description: Takes only 30 mins, and makes six good size cakes. Yep, you can have seafood during the week. Can be a nice substitute for fish friday!
Recipe:
1 box Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix
1 cup boiling water
3 eggs, beaten
2 can (6oz) crab meat, drained & flaked
¼ cup oil or butter (for frying)
1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges
Directions:
1. Add boiling water to stuffing mix. Stir just until moistened. Let stand 5 mins.
2. Mix eggs and crab meat in a medium bowl until blended. Add stuffing, mix lightly. Shape into 6 patties.
3. Add oil or butter to skillet on medium heat. Add patties, cook 5 mins on each side or until heated through and lightly browned on both sides. Serve with lemon wedges.

4 ears fresh corn, cut from the cob or 1 lb. frozen corn

½ cup heavy cream

½ tsp. Black pepper to your taste
For the Asparagus
Kosher salt
1 lb. Asparagus
Extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, smashed
¼ tsp. Salt to your taste
¼ tsp. black pepper to your taste
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes

00:00 Shape and set the crab cake in the fridge overnight to retain its form during the breading process.
