2 lb. crabmeat 1 lb. Lump and 1lb. backfin crabmeat blend

2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
½ c. panko breadcrumbs
3 tbsp. Chives, chopped
½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
1½ lemons Zested
½ tsp. Salt to your taste
½ tsp. black pepper to your taste
2 oz. oil for cooking
For Creamed Corn
4 ears fresh corn, cut from the cob or 1 lb. frozen corn
3 tbsp. yellow onion, diced small
3 tbsp. unsalted butter
½ cup heavy cream
½ tsp. Salt to your taste
½ tsp. Black pepper to your taste
For the Asparagus
Kosher salt
1 lb. Asparagus
Extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, smashed
¼ tsp. Salt to your taste
¼ tsp. black pepper to your taste
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
00:00 Shape and set the crab cake in the fridge overnight to retain its form during the breading process.
00:11 Lightly Season, flour, and egg wash the crab cake before adding breadcrumbs for a crispy crust.
00:38 Season the crab cake between layers and fry until golden, adding butter for extra flavor and color.
01:07 Baste with butter while frying, then bake to achieve a crisp exterior and warm center.

We've enjoyed countless crab cakes and have come to the realization that our favorite is this one -- it's simple with few ingredients, little filler and tastes of sweet crab. When we're out at our favorite restaurants, we usually get three options for how the crab cake is cooked: fried, pan-seared and broiled. We hardly ever choose fried, but often go for pan-seared or broiled. We show you how to do both in our video. Enjoy!

Southern Style Crab Beignets:
1 lb Crab Meat
2 large Eggs
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon or Creole Mustard
2 tsp fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Green Onions
1/4 cup finely diced Red Onion
1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Canola oil for frying
Cajun Remoulade Sauce:
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Dijon or Creole Mustard
1 clove Garlic , minced
1 Tbsp Horseradish
1 Tbsp Paprika
2 tsp Creole Kick
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Hot Sauce
1 – 2 tsp minced fresh Parsley

The Best Crab Cakes with NO FILLER | Cuttin Up With Bae | Chef Bae | Seafood
1 pound of jumbo lump crab meat
1 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp of Chef Bae Seafood Seasoning
2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp of grey poupon dijon mustard
1/3 cup of Hellman’s Mayo
1 tsp parsley (garnish)
I used a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
I baked them on 400 degrees for about 10 minutes to warm them up. Then i turned on the broiler and broiled them for about 5-10 minutes or until they were golden brown on top.
