9-inch single pie crust 2 1/4 cups maple syrup 3/4 cup light cream 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 4 eggs 1 cup walnuts (optional) In bowl, whisk together maple syrup, cream, flour and eggs until blended; stir in nuts (if using). Pour into crust. Bake in 375 oven for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30-35 minutes longer or until set. Let cool on rack.

French Canadian Sugar Pie
9in Deep Dish Pie Crust, uncooked 2 C Brown Sugar, packed 3 T All Purpose Flour 1 can Carnation Evaporated Milk 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tsp Vanilla ¼ C butter, cold and diced into pea sized pieces
Preheat Oven to 350
In bowl, mix brown sugar and flour. In separate bowl, whisk together, milk, eggs and vanilla Gradually add to flour mixture. Mix well. Place cookie sheet under pie crust. Fill pie crust with mixture. Drop cold butter cubes throughout mixture. Cook 45 to 50 minutes, until outside edges are firm and center is slightly jelly like. Refrigerate completely. Serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream. ENJOY!
