Delicious Pumpkin Bundt Cake | Fall Recipes
This Pumpkin Bundt Cake would be the perfect dessert to serve to family and friends this fall.
Pumpkin Bundt Cake Recipe
2 3/4 C all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2/3 C sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup oil
1 15 oz can pumpkin
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 C toffee bits
Cream Cheese Frosting
1/2 block (4 ou.) of cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 stick (4 Tbsp.) butter, at room temperature
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 - 3 C Powdered Sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease your Bundt pan thoroughly.
2. Combine brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, pumpkin ,vanilla, and oil. Once combined add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix and then add in the toffee bits.
3. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
4. Let the cake cool and make the frosting. Beat the butter and cream cheese until creamy and smooth. Add in the salt, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Beat until a smooth frosting is formed.
5. Once the cake is cooled frost the cake and serve.

Pumpkin Pound Cake with White Chocolate Glaze [Recipe]
In this video I'm making an easy pumpkin cake with homemade pumpkin puree with a simple white chocolate glaze to go on top of it. This cake is so full of pumpkin goodness, it is so fragrant and is rich in vitamins especially vitamin A and contains large amounts of antioxidants from the pumpkin paste. Of course, its a cake and it contains sugar too, but in this recipe I used brown sugar which makes it extra special. It's soft and tender and did I mention it tastes really good?

Spiced Pumpkin Bundt Cake with Walnuts
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground Nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
½ Teaspoon Salt
3 cups sugar
3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 (15-Ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 cup chopped walnuts
OVEN 350°
Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes start checking it at about 50 minutes. Don’t over bake.

Pumpkin Coffee Cake with Brown Sugar Glaze - Lynn's Recipes
A great Fall treat that would be great for breakfast, brunch or just as a snack. The brown sugar glaze makes this taste extra special.
Pumpkin Coffee Cake with Brown Sugar Glaze
Cake:
1/3 cup water
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
2 whole eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 teaspoon baking soda
Topping:
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup all purpose flour
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
Glaze:
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the water, pumpkin, eggs, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice until well combined. Add the cake mix and baking soda and mix until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, granulated sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the cake, as evenly as possible. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick or cake tester inserted comes out clean.
For the glaze, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and whipping cream in a saucepan and bring to a bowl. Remove from heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
While cake is warm, poke holes in the top of the cake with a toothpick or skewer. Pour glaze over the cake, making sure to cover all surfaces. Serve cake warm or at room temperature.
