How To make Pudding Mix Fudge
1/4 c Butter
4 oz Pkg chocolate pudding mix
1/4 c Milk
1 3/4 c Icing sugar
Melt butter and stir in pudding mix (not instant) and milk. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Stir in the icing sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, walnuts if desired. Pour into buttered pan.

Chocolate Walnut Fudge | Best Ever Chocolate Fudge Recipe | Eggless & Without Oven
This simple yet yummiest Chocolate Walnut fudge is so easy to prepare and perfect for small parties or treats. All you need is just 5 simple ingredients and this chocolaty goodness will steal your and everyone’s heart. Hope you all will like it. Please find the full recipe below:-
Ingredients:
• Condensed Milk – 400 gm
• Butter – 3 tbsp.
• Cocoa Powder – 6 tbsp.
• Walnuts – 1 and 1/2 cup (As many as you want)
• Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Recipe:
1. Grease a tin or line it with parchment paper and keep aside.
2. Heat a pan and add walnuts to it, dry roast on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
3. Let them cool for a minute and chop in small chunks. Keep aside.
4. In a same pan add condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder. Cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
5. After that add vanilla essence and roasted walnuts to it (save some to garnish).
6. Combine and mix them well and cook for another 3-4 minutes on low flame.
7. Keep stirring in between as it may stick to the bottom.
8. Transfer mixture in greased tin and spread uniformly. Garnish with chopped walnuts.
9. Serve hot.
Tips:
1. Keep it in fridge after cooling down.
2. Though it will also taste good as chilled but highly recommend to serve this hot as taste amazing. :)

Here’s your recipe!
1 1/4 Cups Sugar, DIVIDED
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
7 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 TSP Baking Powder
1/4 TSP Salt
1/2 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Butter, Melted
1 1/2 TSP Vanilla
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 1/4 Cups Hot Water
Set oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cups sugar, flour, 3 TBS cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into a 8 or 9 in square ungreased baking pan. Stir together remaining 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and remaining 4 TBS cocoa powder. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter. Pour hot water over top and DO NOT MIX. Bake 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes spooning sauce on bottom over top. Serve with ice cream and/or whipped cream if desired.

Ingredients
Dark Chocolate - 450 Gms
Unsalted Butter - 2 Tbsp
Condensed Milk - 350 Gms
Cashew Nuts - 1/2 Cup
Badam - 1/2 Cup
Pistachios - 1/4 Cup
Raisins
Water
Method:
1. Dry roast cashewnuts, almonds, pistachios in a pan for about 2-3 mins on a low flame.
2. Roughly chop them and keep them aside.
3. Boil enough water in a saucepan and place a large bowl over it.
4. Put dark chocolate in the bowl and add butter to it.
5. Add condensed milk and mix everything with a spatula until all of it is melted fully.
6. Remove the bowl from the saucepan once the chocolate mixture is thickened.
7. Add roughly chopped nuts and raisins to the chocolate.
8. Mix well until it is all well ccombined.
9. Grease the tin with some butter and line it with silver foil.
10. Transfer the chocolate mixture to the tin and spread it out evenly.
11. Let it sit aside to cool down to room temperature.
12. After that, cover the tin totally with the silver foil and let it set for 3-4 hours.
13. Refrigerate for a hour post 4 hours if you want the chocolate to harden at bit.
14. Remove the silver foiled chocolate from the tin and cut the chocolate into small pieces.
15. Yummy and rich chocolate fudge is ready to be served. Store it in an air tight container.
