This easy cheesy potato bake or potato casserole is our go-to side dish for family gatherings and BBQs. It’s always a hit and there are almost never any leftovers.

It’s the kind of side dish you can prep before everyone gets there, and have cooking in the background while everything else is going on. That’s our kind of cooking!

???? Ingredients:

5-6 potatoes sliced thinly, around 1 kg / 2 lbs, starchy potatoes are best
1 onion sliced in thin half moons
2 garlic chopped finely
300 g cream heavy cream or whipping cream is best, sub sour cream
2 cups tasty cheese grated or shredded pizza cheese mix works well
Salt and pepper

00:00 - How to Make Potato Bake
00:08 - Arrange first layer of potato slices, onion and garlic
00:20 - Cover with cream, season with salt and pepper
00:31 - Repeat for the second layer
00:47 - Cover with cheese, bake until golden and cooked through

Creamy Cheesy Potatoes Casserole Recipe, Perfect Easy & Affordable for DINNER!!

Happy Cheesy potato Casserole making!! ????
Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 45 to 50 minutes
Ingredients
10 to 12 potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp Ap flour
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups of milk
1 tbsp chicken bouillon or 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups of cheese
2 tbsp oil

Tip❗️
Use white Vermont cheddar in the béchamel sauce if possible
If you don’t microwave potatoes your bake time will be around 1 hr 10 mins, since the potatoes are cut thick : )
