How To make Polynesian Beef and Peppers
2 Pounds Round, Sirloin, Or Flank Steak
Cooking Oil 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoons Sherry
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
1 Large Onion
coarsely chopped
1 Large Green Bell Pepper :
coarsely chopped
2 Medium Tomatoes sliced
1/4 Cup Water
Slice meat 1" wide by 1/8" thick. Brown in oil in skillet. Make sauce of soy sauce, sherry, sugar, and cornstarch; add to meat and marinate for 10 minutes. Coarsely chop onion and add to meat. Cut pepper into large chunks and add to me meat. Cook for 5 minutes. Slice tomatoes and add to meat with water. Cook for 3 minutes. Less expensive cuts of meat may need longer cooking time.

Polynesian Style Brisket Recipe Steam to Bbq
Brisket Rub Ingredients
• 1 tsp mustard powder
• 1 tsp chilli powder mild or hot according to your liking
• 1 tbs garlic powder
• 1 tbs onion powder
• 1 1/2 tbs salt
• 2 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
• 2 tbs sweet paprika
• 1/3 cup of brown sugar
• 3 large pieces of salted brisket (povi masima)
Steps
1. Mix all the spices in a ziplock bag
2. Give it a good shake
3. Wash the brisket well and drain excess water
4. Apply the rub and press into the meat on both sides.
5. Cover with foils and wrap like you're wrapping presents
6. Steam in a large steamer pot for 2 - 2 1/2 hours
7. Remove from foil and let it grill on charcoal for extra char and smoky flavour
8. Serve while it's nice and hot

INGREDIENTS :
1.2 kg mussels
salt for boil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. gochujang chilli paste
2-3 tbsp white wine
salt to taste
black pepper
half lemon juice
red chilli optional
chopped parsley
chopped spring onion
30 grams butter
2 tbsp olive oil.

Pineapple Meatballs Recipe

Meatballs:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Bake meatballs in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 -25 minutes
Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 TBS cornstarch
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice (from can of pineapple chunks)
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 TBS soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Heat over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until thickened
Add Pineapple chunks from a 20 oz can to the sauce when it has thickened. Then add the cooked meatballs. Place all in an oven safe dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
