PEPPERONI PIZZA STICKS
Ingredients
Pepperoni slices as required
100 grams pizza dough
Olive oil for greasing
Refined flour for dusting
Fresh basil leaves as required
Grated mozzarella cheese for sprinkling
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a baking tray with some olive oil.
2. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and roll out into a thin disc and transfer on the greased tray.
3. Cut the edges to get a square sheet and further cut out into thick strips to fit pepperoni slices.
4. Prick the strips with a fork, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
5. Remove the tray from oven and cool. Top each strip with 6-7 pepperoni slices and place 3-4 basil leaves. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Put the tray back in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
7. Serve hot.

Pepperoni Pizza Sticks
These soft and chewy breadsticks are filled with String Cheese, making them perfect for lunch, snacks, appetizers, and grab-n-go dinners.

Ingredients
1 lb prepared pizza dough
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 pkg (10 oz pkg) Burnett Dairy Plain String Cheese (6 pieces), halved
Pepperoni slices
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup pizza sauce, warmed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Divide dough into 12 portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each portion into 5 x 3-inch pieces, about 1/4-inch (5 mm) thick. Mix together olive oil, garlic, and oregano. Brush evenly over pieces of dough.
Place string cheese in the center of each piece of dough. Add sliced pepperoni. Fold short ends of dough over cheese and pepperoni, then roll up like a burrito; pinch edges tightly to seal. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
Tip: Kids will love these, but they are also a fun appetizer for adults – perfect for casual entertaining, watching the big game, or potluck parties.

Pizza Skewers (sticks) Recipe in English:
Filing:
300g Chicken boneless
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1-2 tbsp Chili sauce
1/2 tsp Herbs
1 Red bell pepper
1 Green capsicum
1 large Onion
6-8 Mushrooms
Dough:
1/2 kg Flour
1 tbsp Yeast
1/2 cup Milk
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Salt
1 Egg
3 tbsp Oil
Direction:
In a pan heat oil and add chicken, black pepper, garlic powder, chili sauce, salt and herbs. And cook it well.
Cut red bell pepper, green capsicum and onion into cubes.
Take skewers and thread it with chicken, bell pepper, capsicum, mushroom and onion.
Roll dough and cut stripes of it.
Spread pizza sauce on stripes and wrap it around the skewers. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on it.
Bake at 180 degree for 10-12 minutes.
Serve hot with ketchup.

چکن بون لیس 300گرام
کھانے کا تیل 1کھانے کا چمچ
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
کالی مرچ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
لہسن پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
چِلی ساس 1-2کھانے کے چمچ
ہربز آدھا چائے کا چمچ
لال شملا مرچ 1عدد
سبز شملا مرچ 1عدد
پیاز 1عدد
مشرومز 6-8عدد
ڈو اجزاء:
میدہ آدھا کلو
خمیر 1کھانے کا چمچ
دودھ آدھا کپ
چینی 1کھانے کا چمچ
نمک آدھا کھانے کا چمچ
انڈہ 1 عدد
کھانے کا تیل 3کھانے کا چمچ
ترکیب:
ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کر کے اس میں ،چکن بون لیس، لہسن پاؤڈر، کالی مرچ ، نمک،چلی ساس اور ہربز ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
اب لال شملا مرچ ، سبز شملا مرچ اور پیاز کو کاٹ لیں۔
پھر ایک سیخ لے کر اس پر چکن، سبز شملا مرچ، لال شملا مرچ،مشروم،پیاز اور پھر دوبارہ چکن، سبز شملا مرچ، لال شملا مرچ،مشروم اور پیازلگائیں۔
اب ڈو کو بیل کر لممبائی میں کاٹ کر اس پر پیزا ساس لگائیں اور اس کو سیخ پر لپیٹ کر موزریلا چیز چھڑک دیں۔
پھر 180'cپر 10-12منٹ کے لئے بیک کر لیں اورکیچپ کے ساتھ سرو کردیں۔

Ingredients for 20 pizza sticks:
• 1 Pizza Dough
• 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
• 60 Pepperoni Slices
• 20 Mozzarella Sticks/400 g Mozzarella for Pizza
• 2 tbsp Melted Butter
• Oregano
• Ketchup for dipping
Step 1
Place the dough on a floured surface and cut it in half. Use a rolling pin to stretch the first half of the dough into 0.5 mm thick rectangle. Cut the stretched dough into 10 small and equal rectangles. Grease each rectangle with tomato sauce, approximately 3 tablespoons of it. Place 3 pepperoni slices on each rectangle. You can combine 2 or 3 types of salami.
Step 2
I didn’t find mozzarella sticks but I cut a mozzarella for pizza into thin sticks. In case you have mozzarella sticks, you can skip this part. Add the mozzarella sticks on top of pepperoni slices.
Step 3
Roll up the pizza dough forming the pizza sticks. You can cut the extra dough and reuse it together with the other half of pizza dough.
Step 4
Place the pizza sticks on a prepared baking tray and grease them with melted butter. Sprinkle with oregano on top to give them an extra flavor. Bake the cheesy pepperoni pizza sticks at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. While the first batch of pizza sticks are in the oven, you can start working the other half of the dough by using the same technique. Serve them with a side of Ketchup sauce for dipping if desired!
