Stuffed pizza sticks: easy and tasty!
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound pizza dough
40 pepperoni slices
10 mozzarella sticks
3 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried parsley
DIP
Tomato sauce with basil
METHOD:
Roll your pizza dough to about ⅛-inch thick with a rolling pin.
Using pizza cutter make 12 x 16-inch rectangles
Put 4 pepperoni slices and mozzarella stick vertical in center of each rectangle.
Roll up the dough, making sure every stick is completely closed so that the cheese would not be leaking out and put the sticks in baking tray (lined with parchment paper )
Now make mix together melted butter, garlic powder and parsley and coat the pizza sticks.
Bake pizza sticks in preheated oven (450 ° F / 232 ° C) for 15-20 minutes.
Serve this delicious snack with the combination of tomato sauce and fresh basil.

Pizza Hut Breadsticks

• Kitchen Aid Mixer:
• Cheese Shaker Bottle:
Ingredients:
• 1-1/3 Cup Warm Water (105°F)
• 1/4 Cup Powdered Milk
• 1/2 Tsp Salt
• 4 Cups Flour
• 1 Tbsp Sugar
• 1 Tbsp Dry Yeast
• 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
• Melted Butter
• Grated Parmesan Cheese
Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
• 1 Can (15 oz) Tomato Sauce
• 6 oz Tomato Paste
• 2 Tbsp Sugar
• 1 Tsp Dry Oregano
• 1/2 Tsp Marjoram
• 1/2 Tsp Dry Basil
• 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/2 Tsp Salt
Toppings:
• 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
• 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
• 2 Tsp Garlic Salt
• 2 Tsp Onion Powder
• 2 Tsp Oregano
• 2 Tsp Basil

Directions:
1.) Combine the yeast, sugar, salt & dry milk in a bowl. Add 1-1/3 Cups hot water and mix well and then let this sit until the mixture foams up. Roughly 10 minutes.
2.) Add 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil and slowly add 4 Cups of Flour and mix or kneed depending on your equipment for 4-5 minutes.
3.) You will only need 1/2 of the dough you created. The other half can be used to make a pizza, b/c why not.
4.) Spread about 4 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil onto a 9 x 13 baking pan and let your dough ball rise in this pan, covered for 1-1/2 hours.
5.) Once it's doubled in size, spread the dough out to the corners of the pan and cut the dough into 10 equal breadsticks.
6.) Now Bake at 500°F for 20 minutes and remove from the oven to get our finishing salty glaze on.
7.) Mix the dry toppings into a cheese shaker bottle. If you don't have this, then don't worry... I'm sure you can do this without the shaker bottle.
8.) For the sauce, simply combine the ingredients listed into a small pot and heat.
9.) Once the breadsticks have cooled down a bit, brush the tops with more liquid butter and then sprinkle on the dry topping seasoning blend.
10.) Broil for 2 minutes to get that golden brown color on top and you're done.
11.) Now when you take it out, you can tear the breadsticks apart and they'll be all greasy and shit, just like Pizza Hut!

PEPPERONI PIZZA STICKS
Ingredients
Pepperoni slices as required
100 grams pizza dough
Olive oil for greasing
Refined flour for dusting
Fresh basil leaves as required
Grated mozzarella cheese for sprinkling
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a baking tray with some olive oil.
2. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and roll out into a thin disc and transfer on the greased tray.
3. Cut the edges to get a square sheet and further cut out into thick strips to fit pepperoni slices.
4. Prick the strips with a fork, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
5. Remove the tray from oven and cool. Top each strip with 6-7 pepperoni slices and place 3-4 basil leaves. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Put the tray back in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
7. Serve hot.
