How To make Pineapple Fudge
2 c Sugar
1 c Brown sugar
1 cn (8 1/2-ounce) crushed
Pineapple and juice 1/2 c Milk
1 T Corn syrup
1/4 t Salt
2 T Butter
24 lg Marshmallows
1 t Vanilla
1 c Chopped pecans or walnuts
Combine sugars, pineapple and juice, milk, corn syrup, salt, and butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook to 238 degrees F., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and vanilla. Mix together to melt marshmallow, then beat until mixture becomes heavy and creamy. Add nuts. Spread in a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cut into squares when cool and firm. Makes about 49 pieces.

Ingredients:
Cream 600ml
Condensed milk 300ml
Evaporated milk 400ml
Pineapple Slice 1 Tin
Pineapple Chunks 2 Tin
Pineapple Juice as Required
Tiramisu Biscuits as Required
Method:
First Add Cream in a mixing bowl & Beat until Soft Peaks & Fluffy. Now Add Condensed Milk & Beat again until well combined. Now Start Adding Evaporated milk & mix well until combined.
Now Start Layering. Dip the Tiramisu Biscuits in Pineapple juice & layer them at the bottom of serving Bowl then layer the Cream mixture that was prepared before after that add Pineapple Chunks on the cream mixture then repeat the layer of Dipped juice biscuits & layer the Cream again & smooth cream layer with the help of a spatula.
Now Put it in the Freezer for 10-20 minutes until it sets & chilled & after that decorate it as you like with Pineapple & Cherries & put it in the Freezer again & serve it Chilled & Enjoy this Delicious Pineapple Fudge Delight with your friends and family members.

Upsidedown Pineapple Fudge
Ingredients:
Cooking Spray
14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Yellow Cake Mix
2 1/2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Pineapple Tibits
Cherries
Line 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray
In a bowl mix condensed milk and cake mix, add white chocolate chips and microwave for a total of 3 minute in 1 minute increments, sitrring each minute.
Add pineapple and mix. Pour into prepared dish and spread evenly. Add cherries evenly to the top of the batter and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut into squares and enjoy.

PINEAPPLE FUDGE
Ingredients
1 cup grated pineapple
500 ml + 1 teaspoon milk
2 tablespoons sugar
Few saffron threads + for garnishing
½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
Chopped pineapple for garnishing
Method
1. Heat 500 ml milk in a non-stick pan and boil till it reduces.
2. Heat sugar in another non-stick pan. Add grated pineapple, mix well and cook till thick.
3. Take saffron in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon milk. Set aside.
4. Add cardamom powder to the pineapple and mix well. Add saffron milk and mix well.
5. Add reduced milk and mix well. Switch off heat. Transfer the mixture into a glass dish and cool.
6. Garnish with saffron strands and chopped pineapple and serve at room temperature or chilled.
