1 Pheasant, cooked and boned 2 Onions, chopped 4 c Pheasant or chicken broth 1/4 c Soy Sauce Pepper 1 tb Parsley flakes (opt.) 2 c Celery, chopped 2 c Raw brown rice 1 cn Soup, Cream of Mushroom 1 cn Mushrooms (opt.) Blend all and bake in casserole at 300-350 degrees for 2 hours.

Here, John Williams, the Executive Chef at The Ritz London, shows you how to make it. ‘It’s a very simple recipe,’ John tells Tom Parker-Bowles in an article in this week's Country Life. ‘Basically, a couple of whole pheasants are poached, then taken off the bone, shredded and kept warm in the poaching juices. My take on the cream of mushroom soup over pheasant recipe. It's quick, easy and the breast will stay more moist. The boned out tights work good with this aldo. I don't measure things so anything I say in the video is approximate. One pheasant will feed 2 people easily if you serve it with a side vegetable...or if not it feeds me with a little left over for Deuce.
