1 Pheasant, cooked and boned 2 Onions, chopped 4 c Pheasant or chicken broth 1/4 c Soy Sauce Pepper 1 tb Parsley flakes (opt.) 2 c Celery, chopped 2 c Raw brown rice 1 cn Soup, Cream of Mushroom 1 cn Mushrooms (opt.) Blend all and bake in casserole at 300-350 degrees for 2 hours.

Apple & Cider Pheasant Casserole for tea tonight!
????I fried two cloves of garlic and a chopped onion in butter. ????I stirred two tbsp of flour into the diced pheasant breasts and seasoned. ????Added this to the pan, then slowly stirred in half a bottle 250ml of fruit cider and 150ml of chicken stock and 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar. ????Add two chopped apples then put in the oven for 40mins ????After 40 minutes add chopped mushrooms stir and if the casserole needs more liquid add a splash or two of boiling water and put back in the oven for 30 minutes. ????
