Add bacon pancetta, along with its fat, eggs, both cheeses, and pepper. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly. Keep papsta moving in pot so that the eggs do not scramble. You may have to take the pot off the heat now and then. A thin sauce should form on the noodles. Serve immediately. Note: Pancetta is Italian-style bacon. Servings - 2 - 3 INGREDIENTS Water - 1 litre Oil - 1 tablespoon Penne Pasta - 200 grams Fresh cream - 230 grams Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons Egg yolk - 3 Salt - 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper - 1 teaspoon Olive oil - 25 milliliters Garlic - 1 tablespoon Onions - 100 grams PREPARATION 1. Take a skillet, add 1 litre water, 1 tablespoon oil, 200 grams penne pasta and mix it well. 2. Bring it to a boil. 3. Boil for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat. 4. Remove it from heat and drain the pasta. 5. In a mixing bowl, add 230 grams fresh cream, 2 tablespoons fresh cream, 3 egg yolk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well. 6. Heat 25 milliliters olive oil in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic and stir well. 7. Then, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color. 8. Add the boiled pasta and mix it well. 9. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. 10. Now, add the prepared sauce and mix it well. 11. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. 12. Remove it from heat. 13. Serve.
