How To make Peg's Pimiento Pigs
1 pk Pork sausage links(12oz)
1 cn Pimientos(7oz)
3 T Butter or margarine
2 T Flour
1 c Milk
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Nutmeg,ground
American cheese,shredded Parsley sprigs(opt) 1. Brown sausage links in a skillet.
2. Wrap each browned link in a strip of pimiento; arrange in a buttered
shallow baking dish in a single layer. 3. Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour to blend.
4. Add milk, stirring constantly; cook until slightly thickened and smooth.
5. Add salt, nutmeg and cheese.
6. Pour sauce over sausage; bake in preheated 350'F. oven 15 minutes.
7. Garnish with sprigs of parsley if desired.

Peas: Cooked peas for 1hr 25mins
490g Red Kidney Peas/Beans
4 Cloves/Pegs of Garlic
8 Pimento Seeds
3tsps or less of Ground Black Pepper
3tsps of Salt
Thyme (Not too much probably 4 springs)
Oscallion/Spring Onion
1 litre of Cold Water to start (Add another 3 litres gradually a litre at a time)
Meat (Beef): Feel free to use whatever meat you want.
The beef cooked for 30mins before it was added to the peas.
800g Diced Beef
1 onion
1 tomato
Scotch Bonnet Pepper to taste
4 Garlic Cloves/Pegs
A little Salt
A little Ground Black Pepper
3tbsps of Oil (Sunflower)
1tsp All Purpose Seasoning
1tsp Jerk Seasoning
1/2tsp Paprika
1tsp Pickapeppa Sauce
2tsp Browning
Spinnas:
300g Plain Flour
1tsp Salt
200ml Room Temperature Water

3 pack Chicken feet (1.33lbs each)
1/2 cup flour (for dumplings)
1/2 Frozen Coconut ???? Milk (1 Box, I cut you in half)
6 Scallion
Thyme
2 Pegs Garlic ????
Pimento (I prefer crush)
1/4 Cups minced Onions ????
1/4 Cups sweet/bell peppers ???? )all colours)
2 Hot Green pepper
1 Pack Pigstail seasoning
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1 Tbsp each:
Cayenne pepper ????
Jerk Easispice
Dash seasoning
Maggi seasoning
Salt to taste. (Add salt According to the taste pf your pigtails, because it is salty)

12x1/4 cup ASIN (sea salt)
20 bell pepper
6-10 Bawang (Garlic)
Glazing
1/2 litter coke + 1 cup water combine

Ingredients:
pig feet
pinto beans
red onions
red bell peppers
squeeze Ginger
ACV
water
cornstarch
Seasoning:
dried bay leaves
dried thyme
slap your mama
sugar
jiffy cornbread
white rice
Directions:
beans:
follow directions on cleaning then soak and baking soda about 1/4 cup and water overnight rinse well
cut vegetables
soaked feet and vinegar and water 2 1/2 hours rinse well
Crockpot:
add vegetables bay leaves squeeze Ginger sriracha sauce beans season add ACV
High for 2 1/2 hours
ADD big feet season 4 hours
add cornstarch and water mix well
high 20 minutes turn off
cornbread according to package add about half a cup of sugar
rice according to package
Serve and enjoy!!
