Tips for Pimento Cheese Recipe
Dip into an irresistible bowl of Jalapeno Pimento Cheese. This spin on a southern staple is creamy, spicy, and easy to prepare. Just don’t tell your friends, because this does not last long.
Full recipe:
DO NOT use pre-shredded cheese. I know this might be inconvenient, but trust me on this one. That bagged cheese has added ingredients to prevent the cheese from sticking, creating an unpleasant texture when mixed into a jalapeno pimento cheese. Shred your cheese using a box grater.
Drain the pimentos. Especially for this recipe, as it has the pickled jalapenos too. The last thing you want is watery pimento cheese.
Taste the jalapenos first. I’ve recommended the serving size in the final recipe, but that doesn’t mean all peppers are equal heat. The last thing you want is to serve an overwhelmingly spicy pimento cheese dip.
Serve at room temperature. Being about 95% cheese, this is not an easy dip to scoop with crackers unless it’s soft. Don’t worry, it won’t go bad resting on your counter. People will eat it so fast!

Best Pimento Cheese Recipe is EASY to make. I made this Pimento Cheese with Bacon because we all know Bacon makes everything taste better even Pimento Cheese. I enjoy this EASY Pimento Cheese Recipe on a HOT summer day when I want a snack in-between sips of cold beer. Rather than a cracker I find Pimento cheese on Garlic Bread is the best! The nice crispy edges of garlic bread is great with the he soft spreadable Pimento Cheese with Bacon.
Easy Pimento Cheese Recipe with Bacon is very easy to make. It will last for up to a week in your fridge. I do like to serve it with a little chill on it as I think cheese just tastes best chilled. I prefer extra sharp cheddar cheese but make sure to grate your own don't use the bag Extra sharp cheese. I go about 2 Pounds of Cheese the about 5 ounces of pimento peppers drained and minced, I then add enough Mayo to get the consistency Im looking for which is a nice spreadable pimento cheese. I then give a pinch of cayenne more if you like it spicy and some salt and pepper to taste and then of course a couple of strips of bacon with GQue rub. If you have not tried GQue BBQ rub on bacon you have to ASAP. Thats all there is to it! An Easy Pimento Cheese Recipe with Bacon!

Ingredients:
½- ¾ cups mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
Dash of onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2-3 cups grated cheese
4 oz. diced pimentos (drained)
Pepper to taste

1 kilo chicken breast fillet (boil until cooked; flaked)
1 small canned OR 1/3 cup fresh pimientos, chopped
3/4 cup chopped red onions
2 tablespoons pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons condensed milk
¾ cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional
Salt, pepper
CHEESE PIMIENTO
1/2 - 1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup grated queso de bola
1 cup grated processed cheese
½ cup parmesan grated
¾ cup butter
2-4 tbsp condensed milk
Pinch of cayenne
1 large can red pimientos, chopped
½ tsp salt

Ingredients
1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimentos
6 ounces room temperature cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Generous 1/4 teaspoon of Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese separated
Instructions
Drain the diced pimento peppers and set them aside. Add the room temperature cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder to a large mixing bowl and use a handheld mixer on medium-high speed to combine.
Fold the Cheddar and pimentos into the cream cheese mixture.
Once the Cheddar is evenly distributed, serve right away or keep refrigerated for up to five days.
