for 18 muffins
• All-purpose flour: 250 g | 8.8 oz (2 US cups)
• Granulated sugar: 200 g | 7 oz (1 US cup)
• Baking powder: 2 tsp
• Baking soda: 1 tsp
• Salt: 1/2 tsp
• Peanut butter: 256 g | 9 oz (1 US cup)
• Oil: 115 g | 4 oz (1/2 US cup)
• Egg: 2 eggs (100 g | 3.5 oz)
• Honey: 40 g | 1.4 oz (2 Tbsp)
• Milk: 360 g | 12.7 oz (1 1/2 US cups)
• Chocolate chips: 170 g | 6 oz (1 US cup) * Set aside 3 Tbsp for topping
• Salted roasted peanuts (diced): Some (Optional)
• Sea salt: Some sprinkles (Optional)
Bake at 355 F | 180 C for about 20 minutes until it bounces back gently when you touch it.
* Adjust the time and temperature accordingly, depending on the oven, the size and amount, etc.

Banana Peanut Butter Muffins : Muffin Recipe
In this video I will show you how to make banana peanut butter muffins. The muffin recipe is very easy to make and it's very tasty. If you like bananas, Loves peanut butter and likes muffins. Maybe you will like this muffin recipe.
Ingredients
1 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
124 g peanut butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg at room temperature
1/4 cup milk at room temperature
110 g mashed banana
60 g sliced banana
Instructions
1.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and brown sugar.
2.In another mixing bow, combine together the peanut butter, egg, vegetable oil, milk and mashed banana.
3.Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
4.Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
5.Top each muffin with banana sliced.
6.Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 20 minutes on 180°C.
7.Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes and enjoy.

PEANUT BUTTER and JAM Muffins Recipe | ASMR Cooking
In this video, I'm going to show you how to make these delicious Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins. I know the peanut butter and jam combo is one of the most loved, so why not try it in a muffin? The Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins are so easy to make and you will be able to enjoy them in the morning, at breakfast next to your cup of coffee or tea!
Ingredients:
butter (room temperature) 150g.
sugar 150g.
2 eggs (medium size)
a pinch of salt
flour 250g.
baking powder 2 teaspoons
milk 4 tablespoons
jam (I have used strawberry jam) 50g.
peanut butter 50g.
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the butter with sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and mix. Then add a pinch of salt.
2. Sift the flour and add only a bit at a time, then combine. Continue adding the flour, then add the baking powder and combine all.
3. In the end, add the milk and combine.
4. Add a bit of the mixture in the muffin tray, then half a teaspoon of the strawberry jam and peanut butter for each muffin. Cover with the rest of the muffin mixture.
5. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
6. Store your peanut butter and jam muffins in a food storage box with a lid for up to 3 days.

ingredients :
200 gr of flour
100 gr of corn starch
150 gr of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of baking soda or baking powder
80 gr of butter
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 egg
150 ml of milk

You just never expect these ingredients to give you a spongey, non-eggy, light and fluffy muffin. These are a great go to when you want a quick sweet food or you want to make some amazing muffins with such minimal ingredients most of us have in the house all the time!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup (100g) Almond Flour
- 1/3 cup Sweetener (I used Erythritol)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 cup (85g) Peanut Butter, soft (CHECK CARBS BEFORE BUYING)
- 1/3 cup (80ml) Almond Milk, unsweetened
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup (85g) Dark Chocolate, chopped (75% or higher - I used 85%)
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 180c/350f. Prepare 9 muffin moulds.
2. In a large bowl, add almond flour, sweetener and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
3. Add the peanut butter and almond milk. Combine well.
4. Then, add the eggs and mix well. Finally, mix in the chocolate pieces.
5. Add the batter to the 9 prepared muffin moulds and bake for about 18-25 minutes. When done, the middle of the muffins should rise, be golden in colour and a toothpick inserted in the middle will come out clean.
