FOR THE FILLING
1 and 1/4 cups (315g) crunchy peanut butter
3 cups (375g) icing/powdered sugar
3 tablespoons (42g) unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk
FOR THE COATING
16 oz (460g) chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Today in GreyPot lets learn how to make and decorate Easter eggs. Easter eggs can be made with different ingredients. Here I use Biscuits, Peanut Butter, Powdered Sugar, Butter and Chocolate. This is one of the best DIY Festival Dessert.

Ingredients For Easter Eggs
Biscuits - 20
Peanut Butter - 1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter - 3 tbsp
Chocolate - 1 cup
Method to make Easter Eggs
1. Melt butter and combine with peanut butter.
2. Add powdered sugar and powdered biscuits and mix.
3 Make egg shape balls and freeze it for 1 hour.
4. Temper some dark chocolate.
5. Dip each ball in chocolate and sprinkle some sprinklers or powdered roasted peanuts.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Easter Eggs
Hey guys! I have gotten alot of questions as to why I used flour instead of confectioners sugar when rolling out the dough. Here is why: there was a possibility that I would add milk to the mixture on the board. When adding milk the confectioners sugar does not work as well as flour. because it dissolves quickly in the milk. Now you must use the flour very sparingly but no, you absolutely could not taste and flour.
Eatser eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
1cup peanut butter
2 Tbls milk
2 cups chocolate chips
1 Tbls Crisco
