YUMMY LASAGNA ROLL UPS
This Lasagna Roll-Ups recipe is an easier and quicker way of making the traditional Italian comfort pasta dish without losing any of its wonderful texture and flavors!. It bakes quicker and is easier to serve too.
INGREDIENTS:
9 or 12 pieces lasagna sheets
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
500 grams ground beef (90% lean)
Salt- to taste
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ cup bell pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 can (24 oz) pasta (marinara) sauce
2-3 tablespoon tomato paste (optional)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese or ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded plus more for topping
¼ cup parsley, chopped, plus more for garnishing

Lasagna Rolls | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana
Pasta rolls stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese and baked with a generous amount of tomato concasse and more cheese.
LASAGNA ROLLS - (Serves - 4)
Ingredients
4 lasagna sheets, blanched
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
½ small bunch spinach leaves, blanched and chopped
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
¼ cup ricotta cheese
Readymade tomato sauce as required
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
2-3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add spinach and mix.
3. Add salt, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and cool.
4. Add ricotta cheese and mix. Fill a piping bag with spinach-cheese mixture.
5. Place each lasagna sheet on the worktop and cut into halves horizontally. Pipe out spinach-cheese mixture on each strip, spread and roll.
6. Line a glass baking tray with lasagna rolls and spread some tomato sauce on top. Put mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
7. Put the dish on a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
8. Serve hot.

Ingredients for White Sauce Pasta:
Pasta 2 cups
Oil (for boiling) 2 tbsp
Water (for boiling) as required
salt (for boiling) 1/2 tsp
Pasta (boiled) 2 cups
Milk 1 L
Cream 1 cup
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tbsp
Capsicum (small) 1 cup
Sweet corn 1/2 cup
Ingredients for liquid batter:
Milk 1 cup
Ketchup 1 cup
All-purpose flour 1/4 cup
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Assembling:
White sauce pasta as required
Crushed cornflakes (for crumbing) as required
Spring roll sheet as required
Flour mixture as required
Directions for White sauce pasta preparation:
1. In a pot heat water and bring it to boil. add salt, oil pasta and boil pasta until 80% done. Strain and set aside.
2. In a pan heat butter and add milk, cream, White pepper powder, red chili flakes, salt, soy sauce, black pepper powder and mix well.
3. Now add capsicum, sweet corn and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add cream and cook until creamy in texture.
4. Add boiled pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take off flame and let it cool at room temperature.
Directions for Liquid batter preparation:
5. In a bowl add milk, ketchup, all purpose flour, red chili powder, paprika powder and mix well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
6. Take the spring roll sheet and add white sauce pasta onto it, spread flour mixture on the corners of roll sheet.
7. Roll it and dip in liquid batter, then corn flakes crumbs and deep fry until golden in color. Cut into pieces and serve.
Preparation time: 10-15 mins
Cooking time: 25-30 mins
Serving: 4-5

Vegan Cabbage Soup Recipe:
1. Use the equivalent of three cabbage rolls in filling and cabbage.
2. Chop up the cabbage rolls and add them back to the pot where you have some of the cabbage and tomato sauce from before. If you don't have that, add ½ a can (200g/7oz), diced tomatoes, and around 2 cups of shredded cabbage.
3. Add 1 can (425g/15oz) of kidney beans that have been drained and rinsed.
4. Add 1 tsp of dried rosemary and salt to taste.
5. Add just enough cabbage water, water, or vegetable stock to cover the ingredients and place the lid on and cook on low for 20 minutes.
6. Take the lid off and give it a good stir. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Easy Lasagna Roll Ups Recipe | How To Make Lasagna With Beef & Cheese
Lasagna Rolls Recipe
Boil about 6 - 10 Lasagna Noodles for 8-10 minutes
I use water, a little olive oil, & salt.
Filling
1 1/2c ricotta cheese
3/4c grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large egg
1c chopped spinach
Meat Sauce
1c diced yellow or white onion
2 TBSP minced Garlic
2 lb Lean Ground beef
2 32oz jars of marinara (I use Rao’s)
1 - 2 Tsp salt (to taste)
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp crush red pepper
2 Tsp Onion power
2 Tsp Garlic powder
Parsley & Crush red pepper to top
Bake for 40 - 45 min on 350f
