How to make Parsley oil or Herb oil for dressings and salads
Parsley oil / Herb oil, very simple parsley oil but this technique will work with any soft herb or combination of. Want to make your salads or dishes zing a little then a drizzle of brightly coloured parsley oil will give it a lift. Parsley oil will also work brilliantly in any dressing.

Parsley Oil
Light rape seed oil or other neutral oil 80g / 2.8oz
Flat leaf parsley 40g / 1.4oz
Blitz together, heat to 100c / 212f then pass through fine sieve

Lobster with Parsley and Chilli Dressing
Serves 8 Prep 10 mins
2 Coles Cooked Lobsters, halved lengthways
Oregano leaves, to serve
Flat-leaf parsley sprigs, to serve
Lemon wedges, to serve
Parsley & chilli dressing
1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 lemon, rind finely grated, juiced
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 long red chilli, finely chopped (optional)
1. To make parsley and chilli dressing, combine oil, vinegar, lemon rind, lemon juice, parsley and chilli, if using, in a bowl.
2. Place lobster on a serving platter. Top with dressing. Serve with oregano, parsley and lemon wedges.

Serving 2~3
Measuring is 1TS(10g). Spoon Measuring
Ingredients
Water parsley
onion
Spicy paste
2TS red pepper power
0.5 TS red pepper power finely
2TS soy sauce
2TS honey
3TS double strength vinegar
3TS red pepper paste spoonful
Directions
1. Slice into onion finely. Bring a bowl, add 0.5 cup water and place onion. Add 1TS sugar, 1TS vinegar then let sit 10minutes. (Remove onion's spicy taste)
2. Cut water parsley 5cm long. (Water parsley has been washed)
3. Bring a large bowl, place water parsley, onion and spicy paste. Toss them gently!
4. Add 1TS sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Note
Serve with rice or roast meat(pork, beef). This can stimulate your appetite.

POĞAÇA, Pogaca, Feta and parsley bread Recipe, Turkish Breakfast, Peynirli cörek tarifi
This recipe is very similar to my Turkish Pogaca recipe which i will link it below. It is a very easy recipe, if you can mix, knead and roll then you can do this recipe at home. Feta bread can be served for breakfast or with any other meal that you prefer; pasta or soup. You can also freeze the bread for up to 2-3 months.

INGREDIENTS:
500g Plain Flour
1 Egg + 1 Egg White
1/2 cup Warm Milk
1 tablespoon Yeast
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2/3 cup Melted Butter
1/2 cup Water
Egg Wash:
1 Egg Yolk
3 tablespoons Milk
Garnishing the top:
Sesame seeds
Method:
1. In a large bowel beat the eggs and milk together.
2. Add yeast, sugar, butter and water and mix well.
3. Add the flour gradually, then add baking powder and salt. Repeat with remaining flour and combine well.
4. Knead the dough for 5-6 minutes or until a soft dough forms.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and place the dough in a warm place to double in size for about 1-2 hours.
6. Preheat oven to 180c.
7. Turn dough onto a clean surface. Punch down and divide the dough in half.
8. Roll dough into a round circles.
9. Brush with egg wash.
10. Gently press down the surface of the dough with your fingers.
11. Sprinkle with feta cheese and sesame seeds.
12. Set the dough aside for another 15 minutes.
13. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
