Recipe: Seebass with papaya sauce
Healthy, easy and yummy recipe :)
Ingredients:
Papaya, seebass, Brocoli, Prasley, Onion, Lemon, Red Pepper, Olive oil..
Chop everything to fry in a pan and boil the brocoli, Puree with the blander the vegetales add lemon, salt and season…
Use the oven dish to place the fish and put over it the sauce and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

Papaya Avocado Salsa
This homemade Papaya Avocado Salsa is a colorful side dish that's perfect for serving with grilled chicken or fish. It's one of my go-to favorites to make in the summer and takes just 10 minutes to make. This is also great to serve with crunchy tortilla chips.
FOR PRINTABLE RECIPE:
PAPAYA AVOCADO SALSA
INGREDIENTS
2 papayas, peeled and diced
2 avocados, diced
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, mined
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely minced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, red onion, green onion, and salt. Whisk in olive oil.
Add papayas and gently fold into mixture. Then add avocados and gently fold in.
Transfer to a bowl and serve or cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving to allow flavors to develop. Salsa will keep for 2 days.
Makes about 4 cups
Total time: 10 minutes

Raw papaya 1 n
Ginger 1 small pieces
Garlic 4 n
Shallots 5 n
Carrot 2 n
Beans 3 n
Tomato 2 n

Soya sauce 1 tb
Chilly paste 1 tb
Chopped coriander 1 b
Honey 1 tb
Lemon juice 1 tb
Directions:
1. First peel and cut the raw papaya thin like noodles.
2. Take ginger, garlic, shallots, crush in a mortar pestle.
3. Take a bowl and add carrot, beans, add crushed ginger, garlic, shallots paste, add thin slices of tomato, papaya, salt, Soya sauce, red chilly paste, chopped coriander, honey, lemon juice, and crush the vegetables.
4. And then add crushed peanuts and mix it well ready the salad.
