Ingredients 2 cup cucumber, english, unpeeled, finely diced 2 cup papaya, or mango, peeled, diced 2 tablespoon dill, fresh, chopped 2 tablespoon vinegar, white wine, or lime juice 1
pepper, to taste
Directions: In bowl, combine cucumber, papaya, dill and vinegar. Season with pepper to taste. Salsa can be prepared up to one day in advance; drain liquid off before serving.
