How To make Pan Broiled Teriyaki Salmon Lowfat
Ingredients

Mirin, (sweet rice wine - available in oriental markets)

soy sauce, low-sodium

salmon fillets, skinned, fresh
1
scallions, finely chopped
Directions:
In a 10 inch saute pan, heat the sesame oil, Mirin, and soy sauce. Add the salmon fillets, and pan-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat. Carefully turn the fish over with a spatula and cook for 2 more minutes, or until the salmon is pink on the outside and barely pink inside. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve on heated plates.

Slimming World Teriyaki Salmon with Veggie Stir-Fry recipe - 1 Syn per serving
Serves 4
1 Syn per serving
4 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lime
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, reserving some to garnish
2 tsp finely grated fresh root ginger
4 x 150g skinless and boneless salmon fillets, cut into 2cm cubes
250g dried egg noodles
Low-calorie cooking spray
300g pack stir-fry vegetables
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
200g pak choi, roughly chopped
4 tbsp light soy sauce
¼ tsp sesame oil
Mix the dark soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, lime zest and juice, chilli and ginger in a large bowl. Add the salmon and turn in the mixture to coat.
Preheat your grill to medium-hot and line your grill rack with foil. Thread the salmon cubes onto 8 skewers and grill for 10-12 minutes. Brush over any remaining marinade once or twice during the first 5 minutes and keep turning from time to time, until the salmon is cooked through. (Be sure to wear oven gloves when handling the hot skewers.)
Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the packet instructions and keep warm
Spray a wok or large frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and place over a high heat. Stir-fry the vegetables, garlic and pak choi for 3-4 minutes. Add the light soy sauce and a splash of water, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes more. Remove the wok from the heat and stir in the sesame oil, if using, then toss the veg well.
Divide the noodles and the stir-fried veg between 4 shallow dishes, add 2 kebabs to each one
