Believe me when I tell you that we are using only:
1. Choc Muffin Mix
2. Protein Powder (You could even leave this out)
3. A can of diet coke
NO OIL
NO EGGS
NO MILK
I know - mind-blowing! Especially because these are going to be the most moist marvelous muffins you're going to gobble!!
This takes your regular muffins from 270 cals a pop to only 180 cals - and they taste JUST AS GOOD, if not better - than using the regular recipe on the box!
