How To make Broiled Salmon with Lime & Cilantro
1/2 c Cilantro leaves,finely chopp 1 tb Olive oil
1 Garlic clove,lg,fine chopped 1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Lime juice 4 Salmon steaks,3/4" thick
1. Combine cilantro, garlic, lime juice, oil and salt in bowl. Reserve 2
tablespoons. Pour remainder over fish on plate. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes. 2. Spray broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon on rack. Brush with 1 tablespoons marinade. 3. Broil 6" from heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn steaks over. Brush with remaining tablespoon marinade. Broil 3 more minutes or until cooked through.

Baked Salmon with Cilantro Lime Sauce
Dad has to start a new diet to lower his blood pressure, so I made him Baked Salmon with Cilantro Lime Sauce along with healthy sides.
What you'll need for the salmon:
4 salmon filets, boneless and skinless
Olive oil
Pepper
Sam's Choice Sweet Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon on foil. Drizzle olive oil on and sprinkle with black pepper. Fold the foil over the salmon, place on a baking sheet and bake 40 minutes. When done, drizzle just a small amount of the cilantro lime dressing over it.
